Walking into the forest, Valentine just wanted peace. Seeing that there was no one here, like that child, Sonlath or anyone else, he was starting to like this place. A lot.

Valentines brown eyes scanned everywhere, and his back upon a tree. He sighed. "Finally, peace."

Jen stood outside the Forbidden. It was dark and shrouded in mist, like something from mum's storys. She swallowed and entered. She didn't want to to have left mum waiting here just because she was scared. Which I am not, of course! she thought, but she knew the truth. She didn't want to wake and thing up so she tried to step around the dead leaves. This plan worked untill she stumbled into a shrub.
Or, was it something else?

His eyes peered upon a woman in the night staring at him. Valentine rolled his eyes. "Why can't I have some peace..." he whispered as Valentine thought of how to get her out of here. He smirked.

Prank time. His glass rose broke into pieces and the shards were supposed to go through the branch, but instead shook the branches. Great! They are stuck inside the branch.

Jen blinked. "H-hi." she whispered/spoke. She didn't mean to stumble onto a boy. She thought there were only the honorable ones here who stayed out of trouble. Like the last one she met. She left that with a burnt hand. "I-I didn't mean t-to intrude or anything..." she said, pulling the branches slowly aside.

"Yea, why are you here? The fight with the werewolf and the vampire is probably further along. If you really want to see it go find it yourself!" Valentine just wanted some time alone!

How many people go to this blasted school! "JUST GET OUT OF HERE! GO AWAY!" His sudden outburst didn't surprise him, he was not the best with his anger.

Jen fell backwards at the anger in his voice. The branches flew back in place as she she shakily stood up. The sudden loud voice in the quiet had made her jump. This school is for scary freaks. What made me even come here? Was it the point that I actually felt I could make friends? Bah, I'm leaving. "I was hopping I could find a trace of my mother," she said, turning around, "But I will continue elsewhere since I bother you so." she started to walk off.

He sighed, This school is just full of 'em. "Look, I haven't seen your mother. Why would she be here anyways, not like she is a vampire or werewolf?" Valentine said nonchalantly.

The eighteen year old looked at her. "You are probably just like the rest of them. Making me think that you are all timid...then you talk about me by your friends, telling how stupid, or how freakishly wierd I am." The glass shards fell from the branch and turned to a glass rose.

Water churned from the earth around Jen, hopefully pinning him against the tree the boy was standing against. "My mother is not a werewolf, nor vampire, or any of those beast. I am not that way, and I doubt that you should be acting all tough. Besides, who can you gossip to if you have no friends?" she asked not turning around. "Who's to say whether I act that way or not? I wonder if you have friends, or if you do, why your acting stuck-up and mean and tough." sh eturned to look at him, her black eyes twinkling in the dim moonlight. "And I don't think your freakish." she turned again, closing her eyes and started to evaporateinto the soft mist covering the ground.

He shrugged, and was pinned against the tree. "Never said your parents were werewolves or vampires. I actually said the complete opposite. Whatever. You want to leave, you can! I do have a friend. I don't care for you. Jerk." Breaking off the tree after she evaporated, he rubbed his wrists.

Valentine then heard a rustling in the woods. Crap! Who is that!

Jen had re-evaporated, because she had found a puddle. While staring into it, she reviewed what just happened. She was turning into what she thought was one of the stuck-up girls who thought to much of themselves. Heck, she was already half of that. She started to walk of. She didn't like turning into mist. To wet. and stickyish.
