Though the lightning shot through the sword toward Fury, he hardly noticed, and hardly cared at all. All he cared about was showing this boy whose stronger and that Fury can do what he wants to do. He narrowed his eyes, angry.

"You are pathetic, and dim-wited." Fury snarled. As Legion punched, Fury ran forward, while dodging the punch, when nearer, he lunged forward with the blade, ready to swing if the boy stepped away, and while he made this attack, the ground shook more, and another spot cracked and magma this time came out more.

Instead of stepping back to avoid the blade, Legion kicked at the sword, hoping to knock it out of Fury's hands. "Dim witted? Ow, that hurt. Ignorant being." Legion snarled, and kicked Fury hard in the chest. Using his strength, and lightning in that kick. Let's see what it did to Mr. High and Mighty.

The kick did knock Fury's blade out of his hands, and he snarled in anger. When the boy talked again, Fury merely smiled sarcastically. When he kicked at Fury's chest, it hit, and it knocked him back, and then lightning hit him, and made him angrier, but he wouldn't stop his attacks. The ground shook more violently then all the other times and the ledge split, and magma poured out. Fury's eyes were filled with rage, and there was a slightly crazy look to them. He then threw his own punch at the boy, the hand that hand a clawed glove.

Legion leaped in the air, and landed on a disc of lightning to avoid the magma. "Might wanna calm down for a minute there, Fury." When Legion was slashed by Fury's claw, he doubled over. "Wow, so, you do have power after all. I thought you are all talk." Thankfully, the slash was not that deep, although there was some blood. Legion looked at the sky. A huge bolt was just about to strike. Legion raised one arm to the sky, and one arm toward Fury. The bolt of lightning struck Legion, and surged through his body, and hit Fury with powerful force.

Fury smirked when he striked the boy, happy to draw blood. Though what Legion did next Fury wasn't really expecting. When the lightning hit him, it hurt pretty bad, and he was thrown back, and he hit his own magma, and it made his cape catch on fire, though his armor protected him, if he didn't have it to protect him from his own power then he would've died. He stood up, his metal like boots in the magma that was to his ankle, and he put out the fire that was on his cloak, and he was a little happy the fire didn't get to his head. He picked up his sword that was near him, and he glared at Legion.

After a moment, he charged again, and jumped over the crack he made and magma was still pouring out, and over the side of the ledge, that seemed a bit unsafe. When close, he lunged upwards with the sword.

Legion was almost drained of energy. But that bolt of lightning somehow jump started Legion's strength again. He was pleased to see that Fury hit his own magma, and got burned. Legion was also happy to see that the lightning bolt hit Fury hard. "Aww, did that hurt, Fury? Too bad." Legion smirked, and launched himself out of the way of Fury's sword. The blade just nicked Legion's skin. Drawing a little blood in the process. Legion launched a charged up kick to Fury's head. Lots of voltage was surging through Legion's veins.

Fury glared at Legion, hatred clear in his dark eyes. He grew angrier when his sword missed because the boy stepped out of the way, and he was snarled. Though he drew a little blood, it didn't make him any happier, and what the boy said, didn't make him happy either, though he had a lot worse, he remember being torture, and he hesitented before he turned, though because of that, he got hit, the kick hitting his head, and he fell back, and tripped, and suddenly, he fell over the ledge. Fury let out a shout of surprise, as he fell, though his fall suddenly halted with a sudden jerk.

Fury, looked about, and saw Trephas below him, who looked like he was in deep concentration, and he noticed under Trephas' shirt was a bandage on the stab wound Fury gave his brother. Suddenly, Fury was falling again, and hit the ground with a loud thud, and a crack, and he clenched at his ribs. Trephas, though, was glaring at Fury with hatred.

"Tell me one reason, Fury, why I shouldn't kill you on the spot, brother." Trephas snarled, as he stared at Fury.

"Trephas! What are you doing here?! You're supposed to be at the hospital wing! Your wounded, you'll never heal running around like a maniac! Does Lex know your gone? She should be watching you so you don't wander off like an idiot!" Tear snapped at her brother, as she ran toward them. She looked up to try and see Legion, hoping he'd come down.

Legion was satisfied that he had put Fury in his place. Seeing Fury fall, Legion attempted to reach him, but to no avail. Fury fell, but was stopped at a sudden jerk. Legion stepped to the edge of the mountain. What he saw made him smile some. Tear was safe and sound. Legion, on a platform of lightning, swooped down to meet the new person. The boy looked almost like Tear. "Hi, I'm Legion." Legion said, bowing lightly to the boy, and to Tear. "You must be Tear's brother. You two look similar in some ways, that's how I can tell that you are her brother." With anger, and loathing, he looked toward Fury. "Will he be harming anyone else?" Legion asked to Tear, and Tear's brother. Lightning crackled around his fingers.

Trephas, looked at the boy, then bowed his head politely, then looked up. "My names Trephas Bane, and yes, I am Tear's twin." He said, then turned his attention towards Fury, though more calmly, even though, he wanted to rip his brother to shreds for wounding him. He should tell his sister, tell Lex that it was Fury who harmed him, but... Fury was still his brother. "Calm down, Tear, I was magma and thunder and wanted to see what was going on, I'm sick of being in there forever, I've already been there for over three days. I need fresh air." Trephas said.

When Legion came down, Tear threw her arms around him. "I'm happy he didn't seem to hurt you." She said merely, then backed away quickly, and then looked at Fury, and bit her bottom lip, and she ignored her brothers talking. Slowly, she walked towards her older brother and knelt down beside him. Slowly she reached over to catch to see how many ribs broke, but Fury pulled himself away from Tear.

"Stay away from me." He snapped, still clenching his ribs, and he grimaced in pain.

"Leave him be, Tear, his to stubborn to accept help." Trephas said, then turned to Legion. "If you fought him, you should know that he will always continue what he does... but... leave him for now, he'll have his own punishment when the times right." He said, merely, and shot a glare at Fury once more, before ignoring his brother complently.

Legion looked a Trephas. "Nice to meet you, Trephas. Yes, I did fight Fury. He was strong, but I won. As you can see." He smiled, and blushed lightly. He turned to Tear, and hugged her close. "Yes, he didn't harm me much. A couple of scratches, but nothing I can't handle, Tear." He smiled, and placed a quick peck on her cheek, then ran over to Fury. "You didn't play nice mate, and you got burned. Told you I'd fry you." Legion laughed lightly, and then walked over to Trephas. "You seem the fighting type. But you are gentle. It also seems that you watch over Tear. Good. Continue to watch over her."
