Tear smiled. "I'd like to find it, but, its most likely in england somewhere, I don't remember much of that place, mostly the fun we had." She said, thinking of that time, though she hardly remembered, she was so young then. When he said it was stupid idea, she frowned, then gently set a hand on his shoulder and smiled.

"It was a great idea, Legion, and I'm happy you mentioned it." Tear said, her eyes shined a little happily. Though, before she could say more the ground shook violently, and she pulled herself away from the ledge before she would fall off and grabbed her book. She cursed angrily, when a cruel laugh above them could be heard and then the ground stopped shaking.

"Oh, yes, lets go all that way to a pathetic castle, when we have better ones at home. Oh, thats right, we can't go back because you and Trephas are to afraid that they'd get us! How hilarious, my dear sister and brother, afraid." Fury's voice was filled with mockery, and he looked down at them from his higher ledge, his hood was off his head, showing his long black hair and dark eyes.

Legion smiled when she placed her hand on his shoulder. Then frowned when the ground shook. Legion almost fell off the ledge, but he grabbed the ledge, and pulled himself up. He reached out for Tear, and grasped her hand. Merely in a way that said, 'I'm here for you, and beside you.' It meant nothing more than that. Legion looked up. He could see a dark clad figure from up on a high ledge. He was confused at first, but when the figure called Tear "sister" it all made sense. Legion looked at Tear. "He's your brother?" Legion looked back at the figure. He grew angry. "Do not call Tear afraid!" Legion squeezed Tear's hand gently, then stood up. "If it's a fight you're looking for, you found it!"

When he took her hand she didn't mind, she didn't like Fury, and liked to know someone else was there when she had to face her evil brother. She bit her bottom lip and stood, staring up at her Fury, her eyes a bit angry. "Yes, he's my brother." She said, a little sadly, and Fury merely smirked.

"Fury, go away, can't you leave me alone, why must you always intrude on things? Go play with your swords and magma." She snapped a bit bravely, though she was a little frightened.

My, my, what got you so angry, Tear?" He asked, smirking. He glanced at the boy, and narrowed his eyes, as if he just noticed him. "I will call her what I like." He snapped. "And a fight?" He laughed. "Fight you? Sorry, I don't fight you modern scum." He snarled, with dislike.

Tear looked at Legion, and hoped the boy wouldn't provoke Fury, if he insulted her brother, then Fury would not waste a moment to attack, already, she saw Fury's hand slip to his sword. Fury, I've been angry at you since you let them nearly kill my twin! You weren't even there! You even know we all have a bond that tells us something is wrong, and yet you didn't come, but Eben did, and Heart, and even Lex! But no, not you, never you." Her anger working its why up.

Legion grew more angry. "Magma, eh? It seems you are a hot head after all, Fury!" Legion heard thunder rumbling in the distance. He smirked. Where there was thunder, there was lightning. Legion turned to Tear. "Do you trust me, Tear?" He took her hand again, and squeezed it. If Tear listened to Legion as a friend, then Legion would ask Tear to leave. Just long enough for Legion to take down Fury. "He may be your brother, but he does not insult a lady. Where I come from, we treat them with respect, and kindness. We do not strike them down with angry words."

Legion looked back up at Fury, then back to Tear. Waiting patiently for her answer. He looked into her eyes. "Trust me, please."

Fury glared at Legion, his gaze hateful, then it glinted with evil playfulness, and slowly, he pulled out his long blade, the blade lined with a red that seemed to shimmer because of the magma that was melted into it. He heard the thunder but didn't care, he then noticed the smirk on Legion's face, and frowned a moment, then smiled, as if it were a game.

"Looks like we're gonna play, Tear, I bet this will be fun, I haven't had much fun since I haven't got to see Jerith much. Did you hear his coming to the academy? I can't wait to show him my new skills, we'll see who'll get the blade in the heart next time." He said, smirking at the idea of killing Jerith his cousin.

Tear looked back and forth, staring at Fury with a glare, and then at Legion with acalmer expression, when Fury started talking about Jerith, she glared at her brother, this time, when Jeri did come, their parents wouldn't be able to stop Fury and Jerith killing each other.

She nodded. "I trust you, Legion... please be careful... Fury nearly killed my cousin as my cousin him, Fury had insulted me then also, and Jerith tried killing my brother because of it..." She said a bit quieter, and she grabbed her book and held it tightly to her. She wanted to take Fury down herself, but at this moment she didn't have a weapon so she couldn't at all.

Legion nodded. "Then please, find shelter. Get as far away from here as you can. I'll come find you when I'm done with him." Legion glanced up to Fury, and sneered. He turned back to Tear, and squeezed her hand again. "Be safe, and be careful." He let go of her hand, then faced Fury. "Are you going to come down here? Or are you going to stay up there like a chicken?" He smiled as the storm came closer. "Either way, I'm gonna fry you. Inside out, or outside in. Take your pick, scum." Lightning crackled, and Legion's hair stood up on his arms. This was a strong, and powerful storm. Legion could feel it within him. This fight, would certainly be interesting. Legion looked back at Tear, and nodded lightly again, telling her to please find shelter, and quickyl.

She stood there. She was frightened at what this would turn out to be. He wanted her to run and find shelter, she wanted to, but then she didn't want to, after he squeezed her hand slightly, she felt a bit more confident to leave, and she nodded. "Alright... just... don't kill him." She said and glanced up at her brother. She wished Trephas was here, or Eben. Fury hardly stood up to Eben, just because Eben has a way of talking Fury down sometimes because of his powers.

After a moment, she turned and went down the path she came, and then went into a fast run, and she was very graceful, more graceful then a human. Soon, she was out of sight.

Fury watched his sister go, and made sure she was well on the other side and off the unsafe crossing area, he didn't want to kill her, even if he did try to kill his brother. He hated his family slightly, but he didn't want to kill Tear, she was the only that actually tried to comfort him after coming back two months supposedly spouting off nonsense.

He smirked, and jumped off his spot, down to the ledge Legion was on. He landing on his feet gracefully, and in a crouched position. His sword still out and shining deadly. "Fry me?" He said, and heard the thunder again. "Lightning, eh? This will be fun." And as he said that, the ground started shaking again, and Fury stood up, and looked at Legion, smirking. At a spot on the ledge, it cracked open, and magma was visible.

"Ay," Legion said, agreeing. "This will be fun." When the earth split open, Legion created a ledge of lightning, and stood on it. Now that he was safely off the ground, he smirked at Fury. Legion sized him up. So, Legion thought to himself. He's got a sword, and magma powers. "Any other tricks you got up your sleeve? Or is magma and a sword all you got?" Legion said, with a slight snarl. " 'Cause if that's all, then I'm good to go, mate." Legion's fingers were soon being covered by lightning. "Show time, friend." He bowed lightly, but kept it to where he could see Fury. Legion then jumped in the air, and aimed to place a kick at Fury's sternum. Legion's whole body was charged with lightning.

Fury laughed and smirked again. "Oh, don't worry, I've got plenty more." He said, and suddenly a throwing dagger like his sword was in his hand and then thrown towards Legion. When he throw a kick at Fury, he stepped sideways, and slashed at the boys foot, hoping the sword would meet flesh.

You horrid modern day scum, they will all pay and die for what they did to my family, and pay for what they did to me... you'll pay like the rest of them, he thought angrily to himself as he attacked.

Lightning shot from Legion's body, into the sword, and toward Fury. He landed on the ground gracefully. Legion shot lightning at the throwing dagger. Lightning surrounded the dagger, and it fell to the ground, electricity crackling around it. Legion smirked at Fury. "More? You mean you have enough brain capacity to have more power? I thought one would be enough trouble to handle." Legion grinned, and aimed a punch at Fury's face, his whole fist charged with lightning.
