Tear walked slowly, though confident in her steps, up a slope that didn't seem to be the safest route, but she didn't mind or care, if she fell, then... it might be the end of her, but she was having fun and she didn't mind the risk. In her hand was a book, "The Hobbit". She decided it was time she started reading more, since Trephas was safe in the hospital wing, and Lex had saved her twin from being taken, and Eben was in the library reading and told her to go find a comfortable place to read.

AS she walked, her mind wandered as to where Fury might be. She hasn't seen him forever, was he avoiding his family? She shrugged, like she cared, he was to snappy to even talk to, it was years since she even held a nice long conversation to him, now he avoids everyone and yells and rants about everything.

She sighed, though smiled when she reached a small ledge. She sat down, dangling her feet off the edge, then started to read, opening her book about near the end, and started reading.

Legion was walking around, and on the mountains. He was looking for something to do, because Legion was bored. He spotted a girl sitting on the ledge, and decided to call out ot her. If he snuck up on her, then, she might fall to her death. And, Legion was pretty certain that lightning, or his dagger, would kill her faster. "Hello," he said, calling out to the girl. "I'm Legion! Mind if I come up, and join you?" Legion looked up at her. She was a pretty girl. Legion also noticed that she was carrying a book. I wonder what book? Legion thought to himself.

She smirked as she heard the voice and looked down to see the boy. And she slightly rolled her eyes, though still her cheerful self. "Of course you can, this isn't my mountain." She said, laughing a little. She looked at her book, and frowned slightly, then thinking talking to someone would be better for her at the moment then reading, talking always helped ,though she would not tell this boy of what goes on in her family, she only trusts her family, and Akira, and Lex and Kane.

She remembered Akira, is was a long time since she'd last seen him, he was so nice, and she told him of what went on, and he listened, he was kind, and then Lex, she only trusted her because she was her brothers girlfriend and because she saved Tear's brother, and Kane, because he helped her find her brother when he got wounded, and she sort of liked him.

She looked back at the boy, watching him, as she put a dog ear at the pages corner, and set beside her.

In about twenty minutes, Legion was on the top of the mountain with the girl. From up here, she was radiant. But Legion wasn't interested. He did have a girlfriend after all. But she was still in the Sixteen-Hundreds. The girl looked cheerful. "Like I said down on the ground, I'm Legion. It's nice to meet you...." Legion paused for a moment, because he didn't know her name. Legion sat down next to the girl, and saw the title of the book. "The Hobbit," by JRR Tolkein. An interesting read. He looked back up at the girl, and smiled lightly.

When he was up, she looked at him. Yeah he was handsome, but she didn't really care much, her parents never encourage her to care unless they went back to their true time, and home. "Nice to meet you, Legion, I'm Tear Bane." She said, and she also smiled, a cheerful one. She ran a hand through her black hair, and she looked at him, her purple eyes, seemed happy.

"Are you new to the academy? I haven't seen you about." She said simply, and looked off into the distance, towards the academy.

Legion looked off in the distance as well. "You could say that...or..new to this time.." This was the first time where he had actually told someone he was not from this time. Legion turned to Tear. "So, I'm assuming you have powers then?" Legion said, and he couldn't help but grin at her. He liked this girl, but not in a relationship sort of way. Maybe they could be friends. Legion would just have to wait and see.

Suddenly, Tear's mouth gaped open, and her eyes held shock. He was from a different time? She couldn't have heard right, he had said "new to this time". Was it correct? Did she hear right? She didn't know others from different times were here, and he made sound as if he's from a different time. She sat a little striaghter, and regained herself, and looked out in the distance again.

"So... umm... your from a different time then, correct?" She asked a little quiet, though she made it sound as if she was curious.

Legion looked at her, and couldn't help smirking as her mouth gaped open. "Yes, from a different time." He took a deep breath, and moved a little closer. "I'm...from Sixteen-Thirty-Three. It's a very long story.... But..."

So, Legion began his story of how he was born in Sixteen-Twenty, how he had grown up, learning to fight as a young child. And that fateful day when the lightning struck, and he had gained his powers. Also, how he saved his family, and got struck by the lightning. Waking up in this time, as a Seventeen year old. How he gained the dagger from the gas station employee from untying and untieable knot, and...arriving at the academy.

Tear sat back, and listened, very interested, though confusing, yeah, she and her family have been in this time for about 11 years, and this is all she basically knew, though she was confused a little, she didn't saw it, or bother to ask anything, she just listened and enjoyed it. At least he's not being followed by group of idiots, she thought, criticizing the people who took her parents. When he finished his tale, she smirked.

"You had quite an adventure." She said, then looked down a moment and bit her lip, then looked up again, a grin on her face. "I'm from a different time, also." She said calmly.

Legion smiled, and looked at her. "Really? What time period are you from? The past, or the future?" He looked really enthusiastic, and quite happy to meet someone like him, and time traveller. This could be the start of a nice friendship, hopefully. Legion looked around as he waited for Tear's answer. It was really beautiful up here. Legion thought of his girlfriend. How they had shared their first kiss in Legion's field, during the sunrise. It was magical.
