Same as all the times before.
Except this time there seemed less of a chance of moving on anytime soon.

Eurus lay out on the grass, feeling the soft play of the breeze on his face. Nearly his favorite time of the year. And here he was on an island for misfit mutants. Sighing, he opened his eyes and propped himself up on his shoulders, squinting as his eyes adjusted to the clear, mid-morning light.

He looked left, then right. Alright. Seen enough to make an educated decision; this place is most definitely, undeniably, unrelentingly,

lame.

No doubt about it. No crazy power-fights going on, no distant screaming, heralding the arrival of a terrible half-beast, half-demon creature. Not even a single chick so far.

Really, was that even possible? Not one chick? What kind of sick school was this?

But, just like all of the other schools he’d been swapped in and out of, Eurus figured he about knew the gist of what it would be like. Some angsty teenagers, some boring teachers, some practical jokes, some suspension, and finally, some expulsion. Well…that’s how it normally happened anyway. But he’d heard some weird stuff about this school. As if being on a random island wasn’t screwy enough…he’d heard students tended to stay here for a long time. Even the ones who graduated apparently stayed and lived on the island.
Creepy.
Wasn’t going to happen, no way.

Eurus planned to do his best to ruin the school's shining reputation of holding on to its students. And he had no plans of running away or flunking out, oh no. He would get what a professional hooligan deserves; he would be ousted in splendor

After her first visit to the place a few days ago, Ana found out that she liked the courtyard. It was nice to sit out there and relax... or do her homework as the case may be. Right now she had Spanish to work on. Yes, she took Spanish, Japanese and German as well, she was just glad that there were good teachers at this school. They just made sure that she always had special homework to translate from English into the other language instead of the other way around.
She walked outside with her backpack on, heading towards the hill she was on the first time she came out here. She sat down, taking off her backpack while doing so, before taking out her homework and laying it out on the grass in front of her. The blue roses were still growing there and she stroked the petals on one before turning her attention to the page in front of her. 'Traduce por favor: I have a cookie.' I have would be... She thought about it for a couple seconds. Tengo! She wrote it down. Cookie is... galleta? Tengo una galleta! She wrote that down too and read it to check it herself. Her teacher only made sure she did her homework, and all her tests were timed so she didn't have time to guess and then check her work. I have a cookie/cracker. She shrugged at this. "I prefer cookies." She murmered to herself. "Okay, next question." 'Stop crushing on red-heads!' It was in Spanish and off to the side. Oh, that's not part of my homework. She grinned, her Spanish teacher liked to put little notes on the side as jokes. She noticed it on the first day really. Asked about it too, her teacher just started laughing. Oh yeah, the teachers here could be a little crazy, at least hers were.
Ana turned back to her paper just as a breeze started tugging at it and then whisked it away. "Hey! Get back here! I'm not done with you yet!" She yelled, getting up from the ground and running after it. A few steps later though, she tripped on something laying in the grass. Looking to where her paper flew off to, she noticed it had caught in a tree. "Oh thank goodness." She breathed. As she started making the portal though, it started twitching again. She watched in horror as, right as she finished the portal, the paper flew out of the branches and out of sight. Digging her nails into the ground she muttered something unintelligible and glared at the direction her homework had flown off to.
It was only after this that she thought to look behind her to see what she had tripped over. She sat up from her position on the ground, turned around, and saw a teen laying on the grass there.

((I apologize for having to go into so much detail with her clothing-- It's really really important with her character. @__@ And it's kinda fun. Links included, if you want a better visual. :D))

Beatrice hated classrooms. She hated weirdos. And above all, she hated homework. Homework, the evil way teacher's control kids outside of classrooms, that constant gnat flying around the back of your mind: (B, homework! Time to hire off another nerd!) Beatrice swats in front of her face, as if a bug were there.

Thankfully, there was not, because Beatrice came outside prepared. She, determined to set the fashion minds of the school straight, had every day taken time and consideration on what she would stun the public with that day. Of course, she loved the way people's eyes followed over her clothes and accessories-- all designer. She didn't big the generic things.

So right now, she was sitting on a bench, wearing a mini-dress (lightly ruffled, and a light purple color) and a half-jacket (metallic silver). And she had on silver heels, which was daring. Silver? Not so much. Heels? In this weather? Beatrice would go through any length to let these poor people know that -fashion-, darling, was -worth- it. Her purse was big, and bronze. Enough said. The most important bug-fighting part of her wardrobe was the perfume. It was light, and flowery, just enough to hint 'I'm important', but not overpowering. It also had bug stuff in it, that kept them away. That's why it was only available in Russia, and for a hefty price, at that.

Moving back to the present, Beatrice watched over her sunglasses, amused, as the girl did her own homework. Then, she had to contain a laugh as the paper flew. Then, that's when the weird things started, she tripped. Over seemingly nothing. Beatrice peers closely and pulls off her shades, looking closer. Ah, there he was! A boy was laying in the grass, so hard to see at this angle.

With a flip of her perfect-curled brown hair, Beatrice stands and moves to investigate, flipping her phone closed and slipping it into her purse, next to her laptop. She couldn't leave the precious thing in her room! No, the thing cost more than these people put together! Beatrice's face turns into a sneer. She wipes it off quickly, feigning worry.

"Is everyone alright?" She asks sweetly from the pavement. No way in hell she was walking through grass in these heels.

Her Dress and Shoes
((I couldn't find a picture for her half jacket-- sowwy. <3))

There was the sound of something fluttering in the wind, and someone chasing. With his eyes closed, Eurus tuned his sense of the wind to follow the object, a piece of paper it seemed, as it cart wheeled through the air. He chuckled to himself. Homework, probably, and some poor student was trying to catch it. They were close, but he couldn't quite tell where there were, because their footsteps were muffled by - THUD.

Eurus eyes shot open and he sat up as someone forcefully kicked his legs. Another thud, and he realized that the person had actually tripped over him. After his mind settled from the sudden confusion, he became aware of the dull ache in his right leg. Wonderful. He raised an eyebrow, his mouth forming into a tight smile; the closest he ever came to a frown. Time to politely set this guy straight. Eurus turned to speak, then stopped. His mouth hung open for a few moments before he remembered it and snapped in shut.
Female.
A sudden rush of relief swept over him. Finally, finally. He had started to think this really might be an all-guys school.

A change of plans was in order. He flashed his best smile as the girl seemed to realize he was there. Once again, he opened his mouth to speak. "No worri-" "Is everyone alright?"
Eurus turned, and this time his mouth stayed hanging open. He couldn't speak, and his mind could only form one thought; purple dress.
Swiveling his eyes up to the sky, Eurus offered up a silent thank you.

He cleared his throat, though it took much longer than normal, as his jaw currently seemed to be incapable of doing anything beside hanging laxly. Finally, he coughed several times, and resumed his dazzling smile.

"Uh. Fine. We're." Come on, man. It's go time. Eurus paused for one moment to compose himself, and his normal self rushed back. Standing quickly, and only wobbling slightly from the injured leg, he grinned his third and most charming grin. "We're absolutely alright. In fact," he said, looking from one girl to the other. "I feel better than ever."

[[Haha, I really hadn't planned on him being so obsessed with the ladies. Oh well, you learn new things about made-up people every day.]]

Ana noticed the boy starting to say something before getting interupted. "Is everyone alright?" She looked over where she had heard the voice from. Everything about her screamed rich and she vaguely wondered what Aldora's type was, probably not that though.

The boy next to her, however, seemed quite pleased with the fact.

It was at the time that the boy stood up that she noticed the wind cutting through to her toes. Her shoes were gone. She got up and turned a quick circle in her socks before noticing her left shoe about a foot away from the portal she had forgotten about. Ana sighed and walked over to the shoe before putting it on. It was light blue with long-since-stretched-out elastic to make putting it on easier. Unfortunatly, this made it easier to come off as well.

It was when she was looking for the other shoe that she noticed a head sticking out from her portal, she really needed to close those off right away. The cat, for it was a cat's head, growled something to the effect of 'Watch where you put things!' before running off to sit one the bench near rich-girl and cleaning his head. Ana made the portal larger before sticking her upper body into it.

On the other side was the tree, about fifty yards away, and looking over at her lower half made her feel utterly toonish. Grinning a little at the thought she looked down before sliding back through. Ana sat up and pulled her shirt back down before looking backwards at the two others. "A little help here, I'll fall if I try to reach my shoe myself. I'm not hurt by the way if that's what you're asking." She didn't even wait for a reply before sliding back in.

By the way, I know the feeling, I was not expecting Ana to multiply my liking of redheads and take it as her own. Nor was I expecting one of her personalities to be a lesbian.)

Eurus' beaming smile waned a little as the girl turned and marched off in the opposite direction. Ah, she had just lost her shoes, that made sense. Just putting the one sock on, and then, hmm, where was the other? Oh must be over ther-and then half of her was gone.
No, wait...there it was...on the other side of the tree. He glanced over at the girl in the purple dress, and was glad to see that she was still there and to all appearances not planning on popping into an inter-dimensional rip in the universe, or whatever that other thing was.

He also saw a cat that he was fairly certain hadn't been there before.

Alright, enough of this.

Eurus was already walking over to the barefoot girl as she turned to ask for help.
"Fall into where, I wonder." Eurus replied honestly, but she'd already delved back into...whatever it was. Close-to, the site was even stranger. A perfectly good half a girl stood before him. The beginning of a bend at the waist could be seen, but the rest of the torso was simply gone. ...Or not gone. Just over there. He turned away to face the top half of the girl in front of him. ...Wait, what?

Eurus shook his head.

"Well..." he said, raising his voice and speaking into space, as he was unsure which half of the body he was supposed to address. “How can I be of service?"

[[I feel like I should provide a picture of what he's wearing cause you both did. xD. But it doesn't really matter for him.]]

Beatrice looks between the two freaks, her smile hardening. The golds eyes-- what was with the gold eyes? She only met one other boy with had them. And she would like to forget about him. Silly men and their silly superiority scales. Beatrice watches the scene quietly, looking to the cat. Her nostrils flare, and her eyes dart back up to watch the weird portal-girl. What she was doing, Beatrice had no idea.

She couldn't bend over in the dress to pet the cat, so she just let it rub against her legs as she watched the silly girl find her.. shoe? Beatrice didn't think the girl need to cause such a scene, but whatever, if she liked popping her torso-less booty to men like this, then whatever.

Beatrice didn't see the girl as a threat, or the boy as game. Neither seemed quite up to her standards. Her mind turns while thinking for something to say.

"I'd.. Rather just watch. I don't want to lose my own shoes!" She forces out, her voice cheerful and giddy. She hated it.

Almost as much as she hated this school.

A nod in the general direction of the girl in the purple dress was the only answer Eurus felt he could afford. Ask-for-help-then-disappear-into-a-black-hole-girl was reaching farther to grab her shoe, and seemed about to topple completely into the whatever it was.

Being a gentleman at heart.....or at least not wanting to be slapped for it later, Eurus was hesitant to grab the girl's waist, which seemed to be the only option in terms of lending support.

[[A short one to get us back to normal. ^^;; I'll be good from now on. I pwomise.]]

Ana, upon feeling someone grab her, leaned over more in the attempt to get her other shoe. It really was a strange feeling when you thought about it. Being half-in and half-out of a portal that is. It was like hanging over a cliff, but there was no cliff there from what you could see. One part of you on solid ground, the other hanging in nothingness, without said solid ground visible except for below. At least in this case. And then there was that feeling of seeing part of your body so far away from you and still being able to wiggle your toes or whatever else, and see them wiggle. She'd like to see someone else do what she was doing and not freak out.

Grinning at the thought, Ana pulled herself just a little bit further down using a branch and reached out her hand. Almost there. Her hair was dangling around her head, almost blocking her sight, and blood was rushing down, making her giggle. The branch bent under the slight pressure she was putting on it and her shoe slipped a bit from where it was hanging. Just gonna have to swing. She thought. A little bit one way, a little the other. She hoped that whoever was holding her had a good grip. One more swing. And she had it.

Ana beamed and waved ecstatically. "Beam me up Scotty!" She yelled over. Trekkie or not, she could use the phrase if she wanted.

(As I stated before, *points down* I imagined her being on the ground during this. Also, that's not my season of Star Trek, I liked the one with the female captain and the holographic doctor ^^ I blame the con I'm going to for the weekend for making me think of these things XD I have no idea whether or not she's a Trekkie by the way. She hasn't told me yet.)

Beatrice watches, disgusted. What kind of place was this academy? Half bodies floating around? Men grappling onto a woman's waist!? It was sick!

With that thought, she turns on her very-high heel and walks calmly back to her bench. She pulls out her laptop and looks quite busy. She was a pro at looking like she was doing something important. While actually, she was just browsing clothing sites.

Wait, that was important!

She continuously glances up at the weirdos though, just to have gossip for later. She even started planning out the conversation in her head.. "Two lovers got a little frisky on the lawn, so to make up fir it, the girl put her upper body through a portal thing (weird, I know?) and made it look like he was helping her, when he was actually -feeling her up-. Disgusting!

((I love Beatrice. xD))
