Appearance Description:
She is fond of girly type clothing, usually seen wearing dresses and skirts more then other things. Her height is 5'9, and she has a normal body type, as most people see her as the average girl in terms of her body.

She comes off to most people as ghostly and glowly. She has a blueish white hue that comes from her, which sets her off from others around her, but also makes her easy to see in the dark, as if she is a ray of light. To a lot of people, she seems to look like some type of angel, because of her appearance to others. She has short white hair and almost white eyes.

Personality Description:
Jealous: Just the thought of her friends, of even anyone she meets, to look, talk, or walk by someone else makes her extremely jealous. This usually makes her either interfere with it, pull the person away from whoever else is around, or try to make the person she is with to go somewhere else. She feels as if all the friends she makes have to only be her friends, which makes her seem very clingy.

Clingy: When she is around people that she has met, she will most likely try to make sure that their attention is only on her. She will try anything to keep the attention on her when she is with someone.

Forgetful: She easily forgets things, even important things about her and the people closest to her. This usually causes her problems, as this interferes with many aspects of her life. This usually means that she either has to right the important things down, or she needs someone to remind her that does remember.

Curious: Se likes to discover new things, and learn new facts about people and objects around her. This usually means that she will ask a lot of question to new people, which is quite annoying for the other person.

Powers:
Water Purification
Because of connection to water, whenever she touches water, she then makes it glow for a second, before the water is given special healing properties, as well as making people feel better when they drink it. After 5 hours, the proprieties are gone. This will also get rid of any diseases or unwanted things in the water.

Water Dragon
When she is in water, she can summon a water dragon spirit, to either help her in battle or to keep her company. The spirit will turn back into water, if Nirvelli falls asleep, or after an hour of it being active. She can only sue this power every 24 hours.

Special Abilities:
Water Breathing
She can breath underwater, without any time limit. She can even sleep underwater with her face submerged in water.

Because of her being a spirit, this gives her an advantage of not being able to get hurt as much as humans and other live things. Even though she is a water spirit, that does not limit her to having to only stay by water. She cannot stay away from it for any longer then 24 hours. Her weakness though, is anything to do with fire, which at a certain range, will leave her defenseless. She doesn't need to eat, sleep, or drink water, but is allowed to, but it doesn't affect her in any way.

Biography:
-She came from a small family farm, but went to school in the nearby town
-Was very popular and well liked.
-She doesn't remember much of her past, as she died when she was 17 from drowning in a lake after all of her friend had gone inside without her.
-The rest of her life she doesn't really remember, but she does know that she is a spirit, and not alive.
-She found out her powers the day she returned back to earth, as when she was underwater were she had drowned, but could breath normally.
-She discovered her other power when she was lost in the lake, as she summoned her water spirit to guide her in the right direction as she sat on it until they were at the shore.
-She found out her water purification power the first time she drank water, as her water glowed until it was all gone.
-She found SA a few weeks after coming back to Earth after dying.
