Morgan grinned at the other boy. "Well, I probably could, although it might be a tad cold with the wind and all. "It shouldn't be too hard" He thought to himself. As he planned the descent in his head, he took everything into account. Wind speed and direction, how far down the ground was, and the estimated weight of his new..friend? No, friend sounded too formal. Morgan settled on Acquaintance until he was sure. Even though people at this school were usually very accepting and open, one could never be too careful.

He hummed quietly to himself as he finished finalizing his minute calculations so he could be absolutely sure he wouldn't accidentally drop the poor guy. "I'd like to avoid a repeat of last time.." he said to himself within the confines of his mind. "Alright, everything's set, assuming you actually do want me to jump off the roof with you along for the ride. Morgan chuckled, it was strange, he was feeling elated for once. "Hm. Elation, is that how that word's used?" He tilted his head in a quizzical manner before shrugging his shoulders.

"Are you all set?" He asked. "As for how we'll go about this, I'm not sure if you want me to carry you or.." He trailed of as he realized he'd glossed over that crucial detail in his planning. He couldn't have him climb on his back, as his wings did need room to flap, lest he went falling to his death only to wind up in front of his mother again. Morgan shuddered slightly and tilted his head once again as he waited for a suggestion from the other boy.

Raphael chuckled at the comment, "A little cold never bothered me all that much," he replied casually with a bare little tune in his voice. He was almost unaware of the thoughts running in the other boy's mind, a bit wrapped up with his own until Morgan spoke again. To say he was surprised that the demigod would agree with him would be a lie, but nonetheless Raphael was delighted by the prospect of attempting free fall jumps with someone with wings. Which would be very new, because John never did a lot of fun things with him. Unable to help it, Raphael broke out a toothy grin, but tried to repress the childish giggling that would have followed it. The blonde crossed his arms over his chest, raising his chin with pride. "Me? I'm always set for anything." His expression relaxed a bit, thinking over the query Morgan had turned to him. No, he... hadn't thought of that, actually. Evidently, sitting on his back was a no-go. Morgan could carry him by the arms, with Raphael just holding on to him like with a glider, but that doesn't seem so much of a great idea because he could risk dislocating his shoulders. Which, although not really too much of a problem because of his healing, it doesn't erase the fact that it could hurt. If that doesn't really work, he only knew of one other option. Raphael placed his palms together under his chin, playfully batting his eyelashes. "You could always carry me like a princess," he said, followed by a badly repressed chuckle.

Morgan fought the blush the immediately rose to his cheeks upon hearing Raphael's suggestion. "Well, I could..I-if you're okay with it." He said, tripping over his words as he became even more flustered. Morgan flexed his wings out of force of habit, they were already itching to fly. "Well, at least he'll have less of a chance of falling." Morgan said to himself as leaned over the edge of the room and stared at the ground below. "So, um..how far do you want to go..?" Morgan asked tentatively.

Morgan internally was freaking out ever so slightly. It's not every day he carried people through the sky, and although he was fully confident in his ability to not drop Raphael, there was something else that was going on in the back of his mind. For some odd reason, Morgan felt oddly drawn to the younger boy's bright disposition. He reminded Morgan of the early morning sun. Although at the same time, a memory of his grandfather flashed in his mind. One of the few times he'd met his divine extended family, an experience he always attempts to avoid.

Morgan shook his head and powered through the strange feeling of vertigo that he was suffering from. He gazed at Raphael, although he quickly broke eye contact in an attempt to keep his oddly colored eyes from becoming disconcerting. "Well..we can go whenever you're ready.." He said quietly, and fought to restrain the amount of excitement building inside him.

Morgan rolled his shoulders and stretched out his arms and prepared to take off in the event Raphael really was crazy enough to be carried through the sky.

Normally, Raphael's lighthearted quips would have never really done anything do him. If he would ever come to admit it, he tended to be a bit shameless with his jokes, but the flustered response from Morgan seemed to have taken him aback for that one moment. At a loss for a decent reply, Raphael seemed to stare blankly for a second or so. "I-I mean, if you're not alright with that, you don't have to push yourself," he finally stammered out once he'd found his voice. For that one moment, his voice came out a little more timid that his usual, before regaining his composure again. "Otherwise, I um," a pause; a thoughtful moment, "How far do you usually go? Definitely not any more than that -- I don't want to impose too much on you having to carry me on a whim," he added. 'Go whenever you're ready,' he said, but Raphael looked hesitant for a second, but he didn't show it clearly on his face. He noticed Morgan seemingly avoid his gaze, for a moment thinking he was slightly uncomfortable with Raphael's idea -- Raphael wasn't too great at reading the air in the first place. Nevertheless, the blonde kept a smile on himself, waiting for his confirmation. "I'm ready when you are though; sweep me off my feet -- o-or something" he added, ignoring his own stutter as he pushed himself off the ledge, awaiting Morgan to carry him as they'd agreed.

Morgan shook his head. "No no! It's fine! Nothing to worry about!" He said quickly, hoping that Raphael hadn't taken his hesitation as apprehension. Morgan sighed internally, grateful that he had managed to say something quick, even if his voice had come out a little higher than normal. He stopped for a moment and contemplated how much emotion he had just showed, he then mentally shrugged and continued on with the conversation.

Morgan scratched his head as he gauged distances in his mind. "Well, I could set us down just outside the forest, or would you rather go somewhere else?" He asked, albeit in a more timid tone than normal. The forest was a safe idea, frequent clearings and ample space to land, nothing risky.

At the mention of being Raphael being swept off his feet, Morgan couldn't help but crack a small grin. His normally reserved demeanor fell away for a moment before he regained his composure. "Y-yeah, or something.." He stuttered out. Morgan then picked up Raphael, and made sure his grip was tight, but not uncomfortably so. "If you're afraid at any point, just let me know and I'll land." Morgan said softly, he spread his wings, and took off into the sky.

Raphael pondered their options, putting any thoughts of bashfulness aside for that one moment, though he couldn't help it so with Morgan's timid tone. Part of him was in a bit of a mini-panic -- he didn't say something weird, did he? "Forest sounds nice," he said, a giggle of a pitch higher bubbling from him as he said this. It didn't seem to occur to him that it was though and simply carried on. To be fully honest, the words had only stumbled out of Raphael's mouth, without much thought. So much as that he didn't have time to predict the reaction he would need to expect from the other boy. Not like he would have actually been any less surprised to see Morgan grin a bit. Speechless was one way to put it, but even that thought was easily brushed off when Morgan had reach out to pick him up. It took some effort for Raphael to not yelp when he clung to the demigod -- but he wouldn't tell that to anyone. The blonde did his best to pull out one of his regular smiles, "I'm sure I've run into scarier things that this," he managed to jest before they took off. Although, even if he said that, it didn't stop him from clinging on a bit tighter to Morgan as he stared below to the ground they left. Raphael looked forward, tearing his gaze away from the ground below and letting out a nervous laugh. "The ground looks higher when you're feet aren't touching anything, after all," he muttered softly.
