New places and New tricks. (DAL)

Dustin nodded "don't worry mom I got this, the bunny will not be harmed " He said as he shook his jacket out to show there was nothing there, and then draped his jacket over the cage. He tapped his wand on the cage "presto!" The bunny disappeared back into his room. He lifted his jacket up even though it was jusy lying there. He put it on, there was a pile of carrots on the table.

"Thank you, that is my final new trick for the day, you've been an amazing audience!" He said taking a bow. He put his hat back on and made his one disappeared back into his backpack.

Dustin gladly took the Orange juice as he sat on the couch beside his mom. He was kind of glad she liked his tricks even if he was sure she knew how he did them. He just wanted people to be happy with his magic. Of course he liked the trick of it all, how sleight of hand tricked the audience to see thing the magicians way. "Thanks!" He said drinking from his cup. He was really excited for school, he was going to make friends and learn a lot. Those were his two favorite things, people and knowledge... well besides magic.

"Hmm, well I can walk home by myself. I was hoping that I could stay at school for a while to meet new people" Plus he didn't want his mom to have to leave work early. He was good at being by himself for a few hours. The adventures he could get into would be epic, especially if he found someone to go on them with.

"Hmmm, Is everything okay? You're aren't sick are you?" Dustin asked going straight into worry mode. They had been traveling for so long, having fun and meeting different kind of people it seemed like a logical answer. She had a terminal illness and wanted to settle down so she can go through treatment or something. He was secretly panicking but he didn't want his mom to know the conclusions he was drawing. He could very well be wrong, perhaps she was gonna be a teacher and that's really why they moved there.

Yes that was a much better explanation, yes that was what he was gonna go with.

Dustin was glad his mom didn't mind him exploring the island and school grounds. He was kind of a free spirit and learned the most when he was able to fend for himself. "Thanks, I'm hoping to at least make one friend" he sais excitedly as he finished his Orange juice.

"Ooh, we were looking for your brother this whole time? That makes more sense than aimless travel. I'm glad you found him!" Dustin said hugging his mom. He could see that she was happy she had found her brother. He knew there was something else, something more to the situation he could feel it. However he didn't wanna know... he had uncle to help him perfect his tricks.

"Someone more powerful than you? Woah he must be really cool, do you think he likes bunnies?" Dustin was just glad he had more family, he was sure that his mom was lonely, it had only been them for so long.

"Well since we're confessing.... I guess I should tell you I discovered another power " He said grinning widely.
