Kotah grinned, bearing his teeth in the process. He truely loved the reaction, for good or ill, people gave upon meeting his gaze eye to eye. He nodded at her question. "More than you can shake a stick at." He replaced the mask after returning her embrase. He glanced behind her, then looked at her, "You seemed to be in a hurry to get somewhere. Dinner, prehaps? Got room for a last minute date?" He grinned behind the mask.

Enelya stood, and a big grin spread across her face. She picked up the bag that had fallen from her shoulder, and made sure Archimedes was still perched. She nodded, "Of course, I was off to make some enchiladas, and some homemade salsa. I would love to try it out on someone who hasn't had my cooking before!" She laughed a little, and motioned towards the door.

She walked towards the door, offering her hand to Kotah to help him up. "The kitchen ladies let me use the cafeteria for after hours for my cooking since they don't allow that kind of stuff in the dorm rooms." She winked, "You're more than welcome to join me."

Kotah squeezed her hand, but didn't use it to stand up, and let go before he did. He realized this was the first time either of them had seen the new height difference. He looked down at her and almost bursted outright in laughter. A chuckle was all the made it through. "Wow... this is going to take some getting used to." His charms jingled sparaticly as he stood and fixed his cloak with the hand not holding the scythe. Infact, he had just realized he was still holding it. Looking at it, he made a slight face at it with a "tck." "Sometimes this thing can look incredibly out of place, but Serke is persistant in me carrying it while he's... out." He waited for her to lead the way before continueing.

Enelya looked up at Kotah, and sighed playfully. She nudged him, "you dwarf me now!" She laughed, and walked to the door of the Lounge. She shook her head, and wondered if she'd need a step stool to be able to wrap her arms around his neck again.

As she went outside, she took a deep breath, taking in the evening air, and smiled. It was a beautiful night, and the smell of rain coming was wafting through the area. "Smells like rain."

He glanced down at her when she spoke, then looked to the sky. He took off his mask and took an audible whiff of the air with pleasured sigh. "Quite. Looking forward to it. The trip here was hell." He kept his mask off, hooking it to a small clasp on his right shoulder. "Come to think of it..." Kotah was thinking back to when she mentioned cooking. "I really don't think I have tried your cooking yet." He paused for a moment, trying, and failing, to hide a playful smile. "...Can I still back out of this date?"

Enelya looked up, glaring at him playfully. Apparently he hadn't ever had her cooking. Home grown vegetables and herbs... Who could pass up such a wonderful thing? She rolled her eyes playfully, and stuck out her tongue. "You'll be missing out, then."

She thought about his trip... What had he been through? He was much taller, looked older, and well, acted a little different too. The scythe? She couldn't exactly say she approved of it, but what was she gonna do about it? So, she ended up just keeping her mouth shut.

He saw her eyeing him and his scythe, even though he could tell she was trying to be descrete. He looked at the scythe, himself, pursing his lips together in disaproval. "Yeah, I can agree with you there. It's really not my choice, but if Serke is going to behave, I gotta throw him a bone every once in a while."

Kotah's eyes faded to black, then to a very purplish maroon. His voice deepened and became slightly scratchy.

"Keep putting it like that, Kotah, and I might have to... misbehave while we're here."

His eyes faded to black, then back to purple, and he rolled them, though with their current state, it's rather hard to detect. "Sorry about that. And you misbehave enough as it is, Serke."

Kotah glanced off to the clouded sky, rather embarassed Serke would do something like this infront of Enelya. His stomach rumbled just in time for him to change the subject. "So... how far is the kitchen?"

Enelya walked towards the direction of the kitchen, and shook her head. "Not far at all. Just a bit down the road." She though wasn't sure what to say about Serke, and Seregon, and whatever else was inside of his head. Her brows furrowed as she tried to understand all the changes Kotah had been through.

"So... Umm..." She bit her lip, trying to think of a way to word what she was about to say. "How was your trip?" She thought about asking him about his personalities, but thought that was something to discuss after having full bellies. Her question was extremely different from the one she had wanted to ask.

Kotah let out a roar of laughter, actually holding his belly because it started to hurt. Once he had control of himself, he wiped away a tear, let out another small chuckle, and said, "Enelya, love, you're about as descrete as a charging elephant." A grin spread across his face before he continued. "As I'm sure you can imagine, my trip was... interesting, and not without fault. When we sit down to eat, I'll describe it for you. It's long enough to go into the next morning."

Enelya sighed, and shook her head, blushing. Her face turned a bright cherry red, and she hid her face in his arm. Something she used to do a long time ago; before he had left. She then noticed the upcoming building as they walked along the path, and grinned. "Here we are..." She walked up the steps, beckoning Kotah to follow her, and pushed through the back doors of the cafeteria.

She entered into the main kitchen area, setting down her bag full of plants, and pulled out her cooking book. She flipped through the pages, until she found the recipes she was looking for. She set out some peppers, garlic, tortillas, tomatoes, corn, some speical herbs, and then went looking through the refigerator for cheese, and other things a garden couldn't grow.
