New arrival

The brown-eyed-girl leaned against a wall, picking at the piece of chocolate cake that was on her tray, having decided to actually come and get some food herself instead of making Andrew get it for her. She had had another mood swing earlier, and wasn't exactly as happy as she could be right now. Everything was just getting on her nerves right now, and she desperately needed someone to make fun of to brighten her spirits.

And she saw just the person. Adelina fought herself not to smirk when she saw the much younger female, who actually looked to be about her sister's age. She had just bumped into someone, and looked quite new to this place. Adelina had been here for a few months, which could be considered new to some people, but oh, well. She was almost sure that this girl hadn't been here any longer than that.

She pushed herself away from the wall and casually walked toward Jolin, still fighting herself not to smirk, and continuously picked at her food, though not really eating much of it. Once she got to where the girl was, she merely looked at her for a few moments before shaking her head. "Clumsy, hm? A little nervous, perhaps? Or do you just enjoy walking into things and other people?" she asked, and eyebrow raising somewhat as she spoke. "Poor thing. Would I be right to assume you're new here?"

Amusement came over the soon-to-be mother's face when the girl replied like that. Half of her would have preferred that the girl have been upset, but the other half of her was glad she had given a sarcastic and angry reply. There were too many sensitive people at this academy.

Now, let's just hope I don't have another mood swing and start sobbing hysterically or anything... Adelina thought to herself.

"Oh, no, there's no need to kiss my feet, little child," she said. "Not in front of so many people. I wouldn't want to cause you such embarrassment, even if it would be hilarious." She shook her head, almost as if to emphasize her point.

"Why don't you just mind your own business and go eat some more chocolate, even though you obviously don't need it."

The seventeen-year-old laughed a little bit upon hearing that, though it wasn't a joy-filled laugh; strangely enough, it didn't have any emotion in it. She had noticed that the girl was looking at her stomach, and she looked at it as well, merely shrugging. "Ah, well. Even if I don't need it, I want it, and you only live once." With that, she took another bite of the chocolate cake, and as soon as she swallowed continued speaking. "Anyway, you didn't answer my question. Are you new here? And what's your name?" It wasn't like she really cared, but she still felt the need to make conversation.

Chester walked into the lunchroom. He was wearing a brown shirt with a skull head on it. He also had on baggy jeans on. The line was pretty long. Chester studied the lunchroom watching many of the tables filled. About after ten minutes later it was his turn to get a tray. He picked one with nachos and a side salsa with pudding. He grabbed the tray and walked into the center of the lunchroom.


He walked to a table with two girls. He decided well thats better then nothing I guess. He walked over to the table. The two girl were conversating. He sat down and turned to the girl (Jolin) ''hi'', he smiled ''do you mind if I sit here''?

"Yeah, you only live once but you only die once too, and at that rate you'll have to be barried in a piano box."

The young woman laughed once again. "I'm only seventeen, little girl. Still time to change. Besides, I usually don't eat this much." She shrugged her shoulders, not knowing why she had actually bothered to explain this to Jolin. Oh, well. Wasn't like it mattered, really.

"I'll make you a deal. You go fall down some stairs, then I'll answer your question."

Adelina noticed the girl roll her eyes, but didn't really care. She shook her head upon hearing her say this, though. "Oh, yes, act like falling down stairs is just something I happen to enjoy doing." She sighed. "What, do you want me to break my neck or something?"

"Then again, we wouldn't want you to do anything that would hurt the little one would we?"

Upon hearing this, the young woman blinked. How did this girl figure out she was pregnant? It wasn't a secret or anything, but the two had just met, and it wouldn't be that easy to tell. Adelina looked down at her stomach like she had before. It wasn't showing that much, if even at all. An eyebrow raised somewhat and she looked back at the younger girl. "Heh, how'd ya know?" she asked. "Your powers or something?"

She turned her eyes to the male that had just walked over, but said nothing to him. She merely eyed him with a somewhat annoyed look, then looked back to Jolin.

He smiled at the girls beauty but he quickly turned his head before she could see him. He began eating his nachos. He evesdropped on their conversation but decided not to say anything.

He turned to Jolin and said '' so your new here...sorry my names Chester I didn't get your name''?
