Private Finished Morally Questionable Angel to the Rescue

Scary nice boy? Was he scary nice boy? And hold on, he was afraid? "I'm not afraid. I'm just worried..." All the prior evidence told him that Altizica would certainly be a failure of a guardian but everything he'd seen while Aluin was present actually seemed to say otherwise. The way he described Alt seemed a little weird, but it was clearly just the kid's way of saying he liked his dad.

The situation still left him feeling conflicted but he ultimately figured it was probably best to leave this be. Altizica was an arrogant terrible person, but as much as he hated the man, Aluin probably needed him. Rem didn't really peg Alt as a liar either so if he was acting like he really cared then he probably did.

His face looked just as conflicted as he was, but eventually he came to a conclusion. "I suppose it's fine though... you seem safe and that's what matters..." He was honestly still upset about this whole thing but there wasn't really anything good he could do about it. "More importantly, you need to get bandaged up, Altizica you better make sure you fix him up well, he appears to have taken quite a tumble earlier." He crossed his arms as he spoke.

Alt was internally chuckling at Remiel’s aggravation at the scene. The poor kid didn’t really understand anything did they? “It’s nothing a little bath and some gel won’t fix right Aluin?~” Aluin hadn’t seemed to have developed any form of fast acting regeneration yet so to fix up the injuries Aluin would often get with a special gel mixture to quickly seal and patch up wounds. Alt would never tell Aluin what the mixture actually was though cause he knew Aluin might legitimately faint after hearing the contents.

A bath and some gel? That was a little odd, but he still didn’t really understand what they were so he wasn’t really in a place to say if it was weird or not. He smiled at Aluin. “Try your best to be more careful, it is good that your papa always helps-“ Then he switches to looking at Altizica and his tone shifted to a less glowy more annoyed one. “Though he should really be keeping you from getting hurt in the first place.”

Rem sighed. “Okay, I’m going to leave you two to it then I guess. Please try to be more careful in the future.” His wings flapped again and this time the angel floated up.
