The first one with The triplets(Tomomi, Tadashi and Trinity) I wanted archived because WuffyWuff is going to archive Trinity and she will not have existed at all. The second one with Tomomi and Jii I wanted archived because we both lost motivation and inspiration to finish it due to already knowing what would happen and both the characters had already progressed well beyond that thread in real time.
I didn't know what else to do except archive them.

Ah, in that case you just leave them. Threads you've decided to drop or retcon out just remain where they are, with no action needed.
