There was a mild hum from their lips, but they did not seem very surprised on Cairo's stataement. Though it would be a lie to say they were disappointed. "I appreciate the compliment, though immortality does kind of do that to a person."

Waving down a bartender, they ordered another drink. "You're welcome to bring anyone you'd like to my parties, my dear. As long as they don't cause trouble, and as long as you don't invite the whole city." Those were the only rules. "Tell him to enjoy the party."

"Not the best compliment, I know. I wasn't meaning for you it take it like that." He had messed up that one, for sure. Cairo just rubbed his face, smudging a bit of his makeup- but he really didn't care at that moment. It didn't matter if he looked goof or not. "I'll keep that in mind. He's a bit of a partier.... A frat boy, he likes to call himself." The idea of it still made him snort. Why would he want that as a label. "But enough about that.... What's next?"

They rose a brow to Cairo as he rubbed his face, watching the make up smear across his skin as he did so. They rolled their eye as they sipped their drink yet continued to listen to him talk.

"Again, he's welcome to come if you bring him. As long as he follows those two rules, he acn stay." They shifted to lean against the bar, looking over towards the rest of the party. "Not quite sure what you mean about 'what's next'. I can buy you a drink if that's what you want, but if you're talking about going home...."

The deity gave a smile. "I'm kind of a pain in the butt, but I actively try not to ruin what relationships people have."
