So these are sorta two seperate powers, but they'll be gained from the same source. One or both of them might also be considered upgrades to preexisting powers Matilda has, but I'll leave that to staff interpretation. If these need to be seperated into two posts, I'll be glad to do so.
Both powers will be learned via wishes granted boy Loralei Bateman. The initial two wishes will greatly bolster Matilda's power and knowledge, and the third will be to seal away said power and knowledge after it overwhelms her. Because of the circumstances, these powers will be trained in a rather unorthodox manner, starting out far stronger and becoming weaker later on.
After learning the price of limitless knowledge the hard way, Matilda has sealed away her vast knowledge into a more manageable state. Her memory palace is augmented significantly, now incomprehensible in its expansive reaches. Given enough time, Tilly can research any piece of arcane knowledge here, though it would take her roughly twice as long or more than finding a book or asking for help in the physical world, in some cases expanding the time that must be spent searching for information to centuries or more, depending on its obsurity. In addition, Tilly is safeguarded against the effects of eldritch knowledge, cognitohazards, and any other such information that typically renders someone insane or dead.
Though limitless power is hers no more, a trace yet remains, sealed away. Once per thread, Matilda can restore her spell slots completely, unleashing her former power. Using spells granted this way will exhaust her, wearing her down relative to how many spells she has cast. When her last spell slot gained through this ability is used up, she will fall unconscious.
