There were no classes left today for the young demon, Locust. He could now take some time to indulge in his favorrite pastime: eating. Being a child of Beelzebub it was more or less expected for him to have a notably voracious appetite. Hunger that passed normal limits, it was constant but not maddening. The young royal knew how and when to keep his habits in line. Like unfortunately most of his classes seemed to have a policy against eating. Upon asking why he was told that it was either "rude" or a "distraction". That was utter nonsense! He could certainly pay attention to his lessons while eating. He loaded up two trays piled up with food and sat at a table devouring one first then the other within a matter of a few minutes. It wasn't enough, and the cafeteria workers wouldn't let him get any more for a while.

"It's never enough," he mumbled to himself as he dejectedly laid his head on the table. He hadn't been on Earth long, having been sent by his father for some purpose or another. This place was strange. You couldn't just kill people you regarded as a threat or simply irritating. The weaker beings were actually protected by stronger ones as opposed to the well ordered chaos that was his region of hell. His father had already explained Earth customs would be odd to him. And the old man wasn't kidding.

The demon contemplated his next move, if he wanted to try more Earth cuisines he'd have to get some money from his house first. Or he could simply stay at home and eat foods he was more accustomed to. He mumbled some form of gibberish which was drowned out by a loud and distinct stomach rumble. "How am I gonna live if I can't eat like usual?" he grumbled again.

"Ya hungry, darling?"

If Locust turned, he would see a cute spider girl standing there with a lunch basket. She crafted a nice meal for herself because she was planning on eating in the cafeteria in an attempt to acquaint herself with her classmates better. The older students in high school and college ate in the same area just about. The younger students had their own areas which they ate at. There were multiple cafeterias to accommodate the sheer amount of students that needed food. It was a good place to go in case one couldn't get food from other sources, but she definitely didn't need it.

Lulu was an aspiring cook with great talent. However, she didn't really know a lot of people. This meant that she had no one to try out her food. It's not like she was a terrible cook; she was the complete opposite. It's just that she needed some friends, and this horned demon certainly looked like just the right kind of cutie. Not to mention she heard that loud grumbling of his stomach! He was fortunate enough to be sitting at the table Lunetta was strolling past trying to find a place to sit. She beamed brightly.

"I don't think this basket will be enough, but if ya don't mind I could feed ya at my place. It's mighty close to here!"

Locust popped up immediately when he heard a voice asking if he was hungry. Of course he was hungry! What kind of question was that? The demon turned to the voices source to find a young insectoid woman standing before him. Her skin was purple and she had eight limbs, six arms and two legs. He could tell she wasn't a sibling of his or a demon for that matter. That said she was a spider and he was a dragonfly. She could be trying to fatten him up to eat down the road. Okay maybe he was being a bit paranoid but he's also seen and done some shit. Okay he'd trust her for now, this world's native species seemed more friendly than back home.

"Well I am always hungry. That basket does not even qualify as a snack, and your home is acceptable I think," he responded, standing up.

He wasn't used to what would be considered normal customs quite yet. But he had introductions down so he didn't seem totally rude. Manners were important after all. He adjusted his coat then bowed rather elegantly. "My name is Locust, child of Lord Beelzebub. It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance."

Thankfully for Locust, Lunetta had no interest in eating him. She legitimately just wanted him to try her food. Her retractable fangs were even hidden. The woman saw him bow and blushed as she curtsied back. One set of arms held onto the sides of her skirt. One arm still held the lunch basket. It was crazy how her arms moved in various ways to her actions and speech, yet this was nothing for her. She knew how to control her limbs with ease. A cheerful grin stretched on her face as he agreed to come home with her. One hand extended towards Locust for a handshake.

"Name's Lunetta Decadence, but ya can call me Lulu! I ain't nuthin' special, darling. Just a small town spider living in the big city."

She had the politeness of a southern belle; she even had the accent to boot. She finished her curtsy. Her eight eyes scanned the doorway before focusing back on Locust.

"Follow me please. Try not to wander too far! Don't want to lose ya to the crowd!"

From there she led the way. She would walk out of the building and step onto the pathway leading to the outskirts of campus. Hopefully there was sweet tea at the apartment. She'd be upset if she didn't have tea ready for him. Then again, he might dislike tea. The spider pondered what his favorite food was. Who was Beelzebub anyway? Wasn't he like a big powerful demon or something? She certainly didn't expect to be serving royalty!
