"Well the island seems to be a mix of things," he'd explain, "many different cultures are gathered here." He'd lean his chin on his hand as he spoke, "back home it was a largely religious holiday, here it's not always so, often it's just a celebration of life, of being with other people."

He'd hum in thought, "I'm free tomorrow if you'd like to do something, we could go down, look at all the lights and some of the shops." He'd smile, that idea did indeed sound fun, "a lot of the shops have changed their appearance with magic for the holidays."

"You're very welcome," he'd accept the piece of paper and add the info into his phone. "I'll text you time and location for us to meet up," he'd smile, putting his phone away. "I'm looking forward to it."

He'd chat with her a bit longer before leaving the station. He'd been surprised by the events, making a friend and agreeing to meet up with them again. He enjoyed it and looked forward to seeing her again.
