Lost and Found?

Titus was lost, in more than one way, the world wasn't the same. Atlantis was gone, the gods no longer interact with man. All he knew was either dead or myth, or both.

Today, he'd decided to explore, explore the strange city, so different from Atlantis, or cities of ancient Greece. He moved through the crowd, his deep blue eyes taking everything in. He was literally lost now, but he didn't care at the moment.

His head turned as someone bumped into him, a girl, probably around his age. "I'm sorry, I got a little turned around," crouching, he offered his hand to help her up, "I think little lost," he said in his exotic accent.

"Oh, I wasn't paying attention either," he said with a small grin, "please to meet you Miss Dark." He bowed, "I'm Titus Elisio," he'd kept the customs of his home, despite said home being long gone.

"I arrived about a week ago," his breath could be seen as he talked, as if it were cold outside. "This city....its unusual, never seen anything like it," his eyes looked over a building before returning to her, "Atlantis was grand, but it wasn't like this place."

He tilted his head and smiled, "though....getting lost caused me to meet a beautiful girl, so I'd say it was worth it." Titus grinned a bit at her, he didn't flirt much, but she was pretty, first person he'd had a real conversation with.

"Yes...I'm afraid this city...confuses me a bit," he said with a chuckle. "I'd like that," he said with a smile as they started to walk side by side. "It'll be nice to explore with someone," he looked at her with his deep blue eyes, shimmering like the ocean.

They passed many amazing things, magic shops, performers, incredible things. "May I ask what abilities you have?" he asked out if curiosity, "I know that such things are rarer now than...than it was before." He missed the old days, when he could use his magic openly, no matter where he was.

"I have..elemental magic, ice and water," holding out his hand, a single ice rose formed in his hand. "Won't last long in this heat, but please take it, a gift," he said with exotic but pleasant accent.

"That's amazing," he said as she explained her power, "truly, you're gifted." He smiled happily at her, "you're very welcome, a beautiful rose for a beautiful girl," it felt good talking to someone, he'd struggled a bit sense arriving.

He sat beside her on the grass beside her, his eyes looking up at the sky, "there's things here I'd never seen before," he looked back to her with a grin. "The school is unique," he tilted his head curiously, "are you a student? I'm a college freshman."

The suns heat was beating down, taking a breath, what seemed like frosty air seemed to come from him, cooling the air around the two. "There, that should help a bit."
