Looking for Something To Do

"Begged, hm? That usually doesn't work," "Must be a special talent..." Andrew said in a mock thoughtful tone. "But are you sure I wouldn't interfere with yours and Addie's 'date'? 'Cause I would have to stay with her." Andrew shook his head. "I wouldn't really call it a date. She's just going to save me from my sister's wrath."
Actually, I WOULD call it a date," He thought, But I don't think Addie wants to think of it that way.

October merely shook her head, though still smiling, when he mentioned it being a special talent. She shrugged her shoulders; well, if he didn't call it a date, and she was sure Adelina didn't either, she called it one. "If you're sure," she said. "But, anyway. You have a sister? What's her name? What's she like? What's this about her wrath?" She was suddenly curious, and really wanted to know. She knew Adelina was rarely nice, so she didn't know if her going to save him from his sister's wrath was the real reason. She went along with it, though, waiting for a response.

"But, anyway. You have a sister? What's her name? What's she like? What's this about her wrath?"
Andrew laughed at her stream of questions. "Yeah, she's my twin. Her name's Dani, and she's got the worst temper you've ever seen. I think she might be meaner than your sister, but it might be a tie. And she tends to throw fire when she gets ticked off, thought I don't think it's on purpose." He explained.

October blinked for a moment, surprised. She didn't think that was possible, but then again, she hadn't met too many mean people besides Adelina. And now, for some reason, she really wanted to meet his sister. She decided it would be best not to ask if she could, though, supposing she would just meet her in time. "Really?" she asked. "Wow..."

".... And she tends to throw fire when she gets ticked off, thought I don't think it's on purpose."

The twelve-year-old smiled a bit. "Is fire your power, too?" she asked. If so, that would be kind of cool — she and her sister had power over ice, and Andrew's sister could control fire, and he might be able to as well. She didn't know for sure, though, so she didn't say anything about this either.

"Really?" Andrew nodded. "Yup. She's always been pretty mean." he said. "Is fire your power, too?" This time, Andrew shook his head. "No, but I can control water to some extent." He explained. "What about you?"

October nodded. Well, there a little bit of a difference; Adelina hadn't always been mean, but she doubted that Adelina would say anything to him about why she was, so she wouldn't say anything either. "Ohh, water," she said quietly and with a nod, more to herself than to him. "As for me, I have the same power as Adelina, ice. But I'm not really strong with my powers or anything." She shrugged her shoulders.

"Same here." Andrew replied. "You're...12...right?" Was that what Addie had said? She looks like she's 12 anyway....

[[OoC: Addie did say, right? ]]

October nodded her head. "Yeah," she said. "But, I'm turning thirteen soon." She paused for a few moments, shrugging her shoulders. "I'm guessing Addie told you. Anyway... how old are you? You look to be about her age... right?"

Andrew nodded. "Yeah. Sixteen, but my birthday is November 17." He replied. "What grade are you in?"
