Looking for a roommate

I suppose the best place to start at would be where my character is staying, so I thought finding a roommate would be the first step towards that. He would prefer a male, someone kind and perhaps a bit younger, but then again it might also be interesting to see how he interacts with someone outside his comfort zone. Thank you for any consideration.
