Appearance Description:
Constantino has crimson hair with streaks of gray interlaced, remnants of his younger years. His eyes are still a vibrant jade green and full of mischief or care, depending on what he's doing. He lets his hair hang loose to his shoulders when not cooking, where he has it in a hair net. He also has a full beard that stops roughly at his sternum, also secured with hairnet.
When in the Diner, Consty wears a t-shirt with the Diner's logo and a pair of well-fitting jeans. He looks so average that you couldn't pick him out of a crowd unless you knew exactly what to look for. Since this is his goal, it is exactly what he wants. If he can be troubled to do some moonlighting, however, his appearance changes drastically.
When on special missions, he wears a trench coat covered in burn marks over a stylish vest fitted for the explosives he uses. A pair of tan stylish pants with gray leather boots completes his ensemble, all customized to hold as many bombs and grenades as he can. As an explosives expert, he feels no fear being a walking arsenal and typically uses everything he brings with him.
Personality Description:
Constantino has been around for a very long time and lived through some very intense events. Sometimes when it is late and caught in a reflective mood, the pure horror or wonder of what he has experienced can be seen in his eyes for a moment. It's usually quickly replaced by his usual jolly look and willingness to serve everyone that comes into his Diner, though he usually has fun dealing with criminals or other delinquents. For all intents and purposes, he switches between a cool old man and a prank-loving teenager.
If convinced to perform missions beyond making a really good hamburger, his mood turns cold and serious. A survivor of countless battles, his experience lets incredibly few emotions bleed through in times of conflict. He is also merciless with enemies, rarely leaving survivors and usually punishing especially heinous ones in horrible and painful ways. He has also rescued people from certain death and has worked in teams before, showing he can still reign in even the worst of himself.
As old as he is and with everything he has seen, Consty has no interest in finding someone to love. He more prefers to be thought of as an old man or at best a grandfatherly figure, though one that only rarely acts his age. The only person he shows genuine familial love and affection for is his adopted son, rarely around as he has his own life to live. Constantino leaves a chef's apron and hat hung up just above the grill in case the boy ever comes back.

Constantino's stronger power is Time Manipulation. While he never shows the full scope of his power, he seems content to leave it to pausing the time in areas while allowing it to flow around them, seemingly trapping people or objects. He can also slightly rewind time in small areas, such as if someone were to spill something he would rewind the plate and food so he could catch it. While to others it seems these are just really good reflexes, Consty rarely fights fair.
His secondary power, though more of experience than power, is a comprehensive knowledge of explosives. It was his specialty when he was a young man and has only sharpened his skills over the various years and missions he's been on. Woe be upon anyone trying to use an explosive on him.

Constantino was born on an Earth-like planet in a different dimension, one where the story of the world took a vastly different turn than where he lives now. A member of a terrorist organization, his skills with explosives led him to be hired by a military manufacturing company when a huge technology boom took place. Due to a corruption with one of the executives, one of a more magical nature, the planet was destroyed but before the other survivors could be annihilated, Constantino sabotaged the cannon on board the ship he served on, sucking them all into a wormhole to another planet.
His boss not very pleased by all this, Consty was then experimented on by the now insane corporate executive with all the new magic found on the world. The result was to make Consty virtually immortal by suffusing him with the very essence of time itself. Before this could be used by that executive, now a king, Constantino broke free and began to wander.
His mind shattered by the years of experimentation, Consty searched for a way he could die. He could travel at the bottom of the ocean and Time would rewind just for his body to revive him. He felt all the pain, he outlived anyone who got close to him, and always his body was just fine. Past several conflicts and much heartache, Consty gave up his search to find his own little slice of peace.
Able to travel between dimensions using his command over Time, refined over countless years, he found a somewhat peaceful island filled people with special powers such as himself. He decided to open up a Diner catering to these people, knowing he would outlive them all but hopefully to at least give them a fleeting moment of peace while they were in his establishment.
