"I know what you mean by not quite so social. The first person I met refused to tell his name , after all." Aletia said good heartedly. Her smile disappeared when the thing in her hand suddenly poofed and disappeared. Groaning, she said, "It can't of been 10 minutes already..." Aletia looked at the watch on her wrist and looked slightly surprised. Her little creation had lasted 12 minutes this time. Turning to Enelya, she smiled sadly.

"Seems I can't talk to Archie anymore. It takes a while before I can do something like that again..." She turned to face Archie, smiling and waved again.

((You're leaving? Why? Would you mind trying to finish this thread though, just so I can RP with you for a little longer?))

Enelya smiled, and nodded, telling Archie what had happened and her frowned, but crawled over to Aletia and kissed her on the cheek.

"He says thank you, you were fun to to talk to."

Enelya looked around, and then back at Aletia, "I know how you feel, some people just flat out don't want to talk to anyone. I wasn't used to that before I came here. But, I've had to make myself realize that most of the people here are hurt, in some way, and have no other choice but be here. I've met some wonderful people, but also some not so wonderful ones. You just have to keep your eyes peels, and be patient with the hurting ones." She gave Aletia and hopeful smile, and her purple eyes glowed.

((I meant I was leaving my house, not SA, haha, So I didn't really have time to give very much thought to the post!))

Aletia looked confused at the kiss her new friend had planted on her cheek. She really wasn't used to her own mother kissing her, let alone a friend. Without realising that her confused expression was still on her face, she kept up the conversation.

"Well, I guess that's true. It seems all those with gifts are hurt in an unusual way..."

((Phew! That's a good thing! Sorry about that...))

Noticing her confused look, Enelya let out a small giggle, "Archie was thanking you in his own way for giving him the chance to talk to someone new. He couldn't say it, so he thought he would express it." Archie blushed, and crawled into Enelya's pocket.

"Well, I guess that's true. It seems all those with gifts are hurt in an unusual way..."

Enelya pondered for a moment, thinking about what she had just said.."As giftly as they are, our normal loved ones don't seem to understand them, and fear them, which in that they fear us. It's sad... indeed, but a part of life I suppose. My, my very dear friend, had to leave his home because the children around him were horrible to him, and one day, he lost it, discovering his power. Eventually he left, coming here, but they just, didn't understand him, and feared him. I..don't remember my past that well, all I remember is waking up in a tree, my village gone, forcing me to come here..." Her eyes welling a bit, remembering the horrible things her dear friend Kotah had been through... She blinked, and quickly wiped away the tear that tried to fall.

Aletia giggled about the fact about how Archie suddenly hid in Enelya's pocket, but stopped completely when Enelya spoke about how she couldn't really remeber her own past. Slowly turning her head towards her, Aletia could see that she was trying to stop herself from crying. Pangs of guilt and sympathy suddenly appeared in the 12-year-old's heart. Aletia suddenly struggled with what to say. She just couldn't say that 'Well, I have had a wonderful life, minus the fact that my mother and her boyfriend practically never gave me attention. In fact, I could choose if I were to use my power of not!' No. Aletia refused to talk about her past.

"Sorry..." she said. In a way, she felt it was her fault that her new friend was feeling such emotions right now. This... this sort of thing had never happened to Aletia ever.

She gave out a weak smile, and replied, "Don't be sorry, its not your fault. And its not my fault either. We just need to use the time that we have to make things right, whether thats forgetting it, or correcting it, we just have to go on with living..." Her voice trailed off, and she felt like holding a pillow.

Aletia listened to Enelya silently, pondering on what to say. What to say indeed, for her new friend seems to be depressed on this subject.

"I guess you're right. And even if it is their fault, it's just common for people to be frightened. We can't really blame them. However," Aletia gave a little glance towards Archie, "It seems there are some that accept our powers really well. They don't have to be human, and Archie here is living proof." The 12-year-old nodded before standing up, staring at the sky. Blue eyes went large at noticing that the sun was starting to set. She decided to talk about that instead, hoping to leave Enelya no time to react to her previous statement.

"Sunsets sure are pretty, don't you think?"
