Reluctantly, Jett got off Jeong and pulled the other man up with him. He was firm when he tugged Jeong into position to dance. His hand settled on the small of Jeong's back, while the other held firm to Jeje's hand. They were close enough to have their bodies pressed tight to one and other.
Jett's smile was sharp, predatory. There was heat in his eyes. A fire that told a series of stories. All the things Jett wanted to do to Jeong. Things that the storybooks didn't tell you. That the romance movies skimmed over.
"If we stayed on the ground, I'm afraid we wouldn't get much dancing done."
It felt weird to have is significant other nipping at him like some wild animal. His face and lips were warm against his own skin. It was like a mix of hot and cold; one that was circulating around their two bodies. All Jeje could do was keep his lip bit, as he really didn't want to show Jett his true feelings. If he did, he knew that they would not be dancing anytime soon.
As my both got up, Jeong was quickly pulled into an embrace; a rather close one. His free hand rested on the taller man's shoulder as he looked up to see his expression. "I know that; but you apparently wanted to dance." He liked dancing, and he was good at it, but this was different. They were alone, body to body, having only the rustle of access material to cause a noise. "Thanks for today Jett." The boy nuzzled his face into Jett.

"Erm, you're distracting." He shifted before thrusting his hips against Jeong's with a delicate, desiring sound. "If you run, it'll make this so much more fun."
God, what was this feeling of insecurity? Yes, he was in his man's arms, but there was a sense of fear in Jeong. Maybe it was because, once again, he wasn't in control of the situation. He usually wasn't, because Jett had a better sense of what it meant to be the dominant one; but this was different. Jeje shut his eyes as Jett's lips were on his neck. It feel good and comforting and warm, but he really didn't want to fall into temptation. Not here; not so easily.
"If I ran away, I wouldn't get 4 paces away before I was on the ground in your arms again." They were so close now, Jeong felt like he was going to melt into the older man. "So no, why would I make it more fun for you?" He knew that Jett wanted more from him, he always did.

He was quiet as they swayed, feet barely moving and not completing any traditional dances. Jett relaxed the longer they stayed like that. It was all so gentle and, by all rights, should have been boring, but it wasn't. Jett hadn't felt this relaxed in a very long time. He breathed out, all the tension in his shoulders dispensing as he did. His smile was easy and goofy.
"Tell me what you thought romance would be before you had it?" This made Jett take pause. Why had he said that? This wasn't romance.
He didn't feel like he was fighting this. His body was close to his lover, closer than anyone had ever been to him. "Whatever." He uttered almost breathlessly as he closed his eyes. He wasn't going to ever run, not from his heat that he felt inside him whenever they touched. He was like some poison for Jeong, taking him again and again from any other outside source. Jett owned everything that was him, and he didn't mind that. He gave the taller man a short kiss on the cheek as he opened his eyes. He was beautiful and handsome, and all his in those moments.
"What it would be like?" He though for a second, as he wasn't even sure that he had a good enough answer to tell Jett. "I guess that there would be a lot more moments like this. Where I would just embrace the person I loved dearly, and that they would stay by my side and hold me until I felt safe again." He gave a short nod as he pushed himself closer to the man. He wanted his closeness. "I guess more sappy, like in the movies but better." He paused. "But that's fine, because having you here, with me, is way better than any expectations I ever had." Jeong gave a smile as he nuzzled his face into the man's shoulder. "What about you?" He asked back in a muffled tone.

"Shit, but okay, I'll try. I imagined hunting. Killing and fighting together. Side by side. A shaky alliance that was born through respect and strength and power." His eyes shone when the moonlight caught them and his grin grew, losing its warm edge. "That's not what most people want, but it's what I thought I would want from Ally. She was disappointing."
His words didn't surprise him. He knew that this was the most romance he was going to get. Jeong just nodded at his words. It was obvious that what he was doing with him was a stretch in his comfort. Maybe Jett didn't want this at all, maybe he was just fooling his clueless counterpart into believing that he wanted Jeong so close to him. The mixed thoughts made his stomach hurt. With such a fragile heart, he didn't want to be saying these things.
"O-Oh?" Why did her name hurt so much in his ears? It ringed like some un-calming chime, over and over, torturing him. "A disappointment." He thought through the list that Jett had just given him. It was long and full of things that Jeong didn't do; but rather full of things that Jett had seen in someone else. Maybe this Ally person was his first love? Maybe she was on this island, where they met each other in their spare time. Where they shared a bed and held each other while Jeong slept alone and waiting. It pained him so much, so why was he making up these false assumptions to hurt himself even more. He opened his mouth to protest who Ally was, but the words wouldn't come out. Instead, he shoved his face closer to the man's neck. "Am I a disappointment too?" There was obvious pain in his tone.
