Celebrated on the third weekend of May, this is an island-only holiday celebrating the blooming of the lilacs which line many city streets. The Lilac Music Festival is primarily a large street festival, featuring a parade, food vendors, and a large musical event.

This year's festival has the special honor of welcoming King Choi'k'bon Suna'i XVII and subjects to the island.

The main concert will be held on the 16th. If you have a character you'd like to canonically perform during the festival, please sign up here, noting who and what kind of music they'll be playing.

You are welcome to make threads of your characters enjoying the festival, and on the day of the main concert, May 16, 2020 we will open an event room in the ICC where those who want to can come have a good time.

This will definitely be Coachella level of performance, fancy outfits, dancers, dance routines and special affects.

If it's not too late:

Maddie will be playing some of her songs from her last album, supported by illusory specual effects. For a show put on by one teen, it has the potential to be a crowd pleaser.

The genre is mostly pop, with some punk or country elements in a couple songs.



Ganymede will be performing some of his favorite songs by Chopin on the piano.
