Zackary's feet conected harshly with his left shoulder and arm, but he didn't let that slow him down, as he never was the one to worry about injuries and broken bones until the fight was over. Looking up he noticed that the other has created space between them, giving them both time to breath and think about the next move.

'You're good.', he said, grinning like a mad man before lashing out again, refusing the time offered for thinking, choosing a direct move over complicated trickery. Mind games were good, but he wasn't in the mood for them. All the wanted right now was to let there be blood. 'Better than me perhaps.', he added, aiming for both his knee with his leg, and a shoulder with his left hand.

The rush was somewhat unexpected, but he had created distance for just that reason. When the attack for his leg and face came he adeptly slid back to what would have been the crab walk position but raised a foot, hooking his right foot behind the knee that was still on the ground and aiming the other with a kick for his liver, the center of gravity on the human body in an attempt to use the momentum from the charge, william's one legged stance during the kick, and the obstacle of his foot as the catalyst for the fall. After the kick, hit or miss he would flip backwards in a handstand flip back onto his feet.

Thus far he considered himself lucky that he had only taken the one hit. He wasn't healing as quickly in his human form and he still felt that pain, but the relentless assault didn't leave him much time to think and he began to worry about making a mistake.

It took a second after the hit for the pain to become real, the bloodlust dulling the edge that was his brain. He hissed in anger more than in hurt, irritated that he onec more failed to land a hit on the other boy. He knew from th beginning that it would be hard to win, but damn him if he won't return at least as much as he took.

Loosing the balance for a moment, he felt himself start to fall, before something within him started to stir, his power waking up once more in order to keep him on his feet. Determend to succeed the next time, he started looking for an opening.

Zachary grinned as his kicks connected and used the momentum from the kick that had hit the body to rebound backward, standing on one hand and doing a quick spin, balanced on that one hand, to the side.

He remembered his master's warning about using the derivative style from which the acrobatic movements originated, but he wasn't paying attention to that now. He had decided to have fun and use just parts of the Houzuki Ryu style instead of using the whole thing and he wasn't extremely accustomed to using the style without using the horn.

As he turned to the side it suddenly hit him, this was a perfect opportunity to try to learn better to use the style without the horn.

And there he saw it.

His opponent seemed to be having as much fun as he was, as he used some weird acrobatically stile that made it seem like he was flying through the air. A mad grin still plaster onto William's face, he suddenly droped to his hands, putting all of his weight onto them, before spinning and pushing forward, aiming with his feet at the hand Zack was leaning on, along with his shoulder of face, whichever he reached first.

"A mule kick?" were his thoughts as his hand was kicked out from under him. He was suddenly glad he had opted to angle to the side but his hand and arm were bruised badly and one of the feet had connected with his head. More than anything, the damage he had taken had made him a little more clear. He was going to be a bit more serious from this point on, but not so serious as to make this a death match.

A smile crept onto his face as he squeezed his ear, bending it in such a way as to cause even more pain. This caused a sudden release of endorphins, and his eyes narrowed. His hand still throbbed, the wrist must have been dislocated, but there was no way for him to heal it without shifting and that was hardly sporting even for just the slight burst of strength from glabro form. He had even forbidden himself from tapping into his rage, choosing now to fight truly as a human.
"Well, I guess I'm going to have to step it up a notch." He said, extending his left foot forward and to the right with his right foot as to the side. He then extended both of his hands forward with open palms, holding his wrist up to revel in the pain.

"Well now, hajimemashou ka?(shall we begin)" He added, using the words to indicate his new intent.

William said nothing, jumping in the air and landing on his feet before taking a combat stance again. A maniac grin still in place, he looked over his opponent once again.

The feeling of finally landing a hit on his opponent was intoxicating, adrenalin running higher than ever in his veins making his blood hot and his muscle twitch. He wanted more, his mind nothing but a few stray thoughts about his opponent's stile. He stepped forward, raising his hand to punch again, when he noticed Spirit frown. Instinctively, his brow darkened as well. He sized his opponent once more, Spirit's warning now echoing through his head. He couldn't realise why, though, until he noticed the other boy's wrist.

gritted his teeth, hating to stop a fight, but he knew somewhere deep down that the wolf-creature was right. However, he soon found a way out: if the other boy wanted to fight hurt, there was nothing he could do, right? So he asked: 'You alright?'

Zachary smirked as William inquired as to his well being.
"It's nothing. If anything you're at the disadvantage now." He said in a matter of fact tone. He was intoxicated now, it was called "the fighter's high". He was in a state of euphoria with endorphins flowing through his system. Any amateur martial artist would have been taught the trick so it wasn't anything special but he didn't even feel anything, save for a dull throb from his wrist. With that he held his stance, watching his opponent for any sign of movement.

'Good.', William said, his face blank, as he roared from hapiness mixed with rage on the inside. He even droped his smile in order to try and fool his opponent even for a bit, hoping to surprise him in any way he could. He knew that he as well must be on some kind of high now, as he himself was, his body twitching as it settled in into somewhat faster and stronger moves it could now do, and he knew that would make it harder for him to fight, despite his own highened state. All in all, he took Zack's word seriously, but stepped forward seeming jus as careless as before, simply faster. Quite a bit faster. He openly aimed for his face again, only this time he was also read for whatever might come next.

An instant, that was the span of time that would decide the match. He held his breath, exhaling slowly to calm and steady his body and prevent lactic acid from building up to cause any kind of shake or tremor. As the attack lanced towards his face he used his left arm to wrap up William's so that his opponent's arm was locked, his palm on the elbow, and he extended the first knuckle of each finger forward on his right hand, aiming for the brachial plexus. Just before the strike hit, he bent William's arm back, forcing his shoulder forward and thus pushing the brachial nerve out further. When the strike hit, the knuckles drove into the nerve tissue.

If done right the attack would have sent an overload of sensory information and causing temporary paralysis, much the same effect as turning a shark upside down on its back.
