"You can't just take children to your court whenever you want," Celeste said, trying to get Ebviony to realise that they couldn't do that. "A lot of these children do have families just like you do," she pointed out. "And they'd be worried if their child went missing and they couldn't find them."
"Some of them might think their child was hurt, even kidnapped, or worse, dead, if they left suddenly and nobody knew where they had gone. That's why it's better if they come here to play," she reasoned, hoping Ebviony would understand that she wasn't trying to be unhelpful, she was just trying to make them understand why they could not do such a thing.
