Serpente Bianco (that's the name *most* people know him by) is a dorm parent. He's a Snow Dragon who can't become a Snow Dragon who is rather tricky to deal with because rarely does he do anything for anybody without getting something out of it. In this case, he's a Hall Parent. When he's not at the hall, he's working at the Academy as an aide in various departments.
