She was afraid she had caused Danger to much pain. She didn't want anything to happen to him. She just only wanted him to be happy. And he most likely couldn't be happy whn she was around.
Shouldering her knapsack, she was trying not to cry again. The clouds that had been around earlier had cleared away, showing a moon in the middle of the sky, heading down. Serenity's wings started to buzz as she rose slowly. She stopped a yard or two off the ground, casting one last look to the Beach, where she had last seen Danger.
