With all the rapid modifications he's doing and how he's trying to slowly peel off his negative NEK0 traits, he's going to mess up his physiology. His body will become unstable, mimicking whatever he's familiar with until he learns how to control it.
As a result, he'll be changing species, no longer being a NEK0, or at least, just a NEK0.

Shape-shifting - Shifting within human limits, excluding feline features and colors unnatural to humans. Can give himself and control his feline features: grow fur, replace his hands and feet with paws, have canines, and grow claws. Can turn into an adult-sized house cat. In his cat form, he can give himself human traits, like the ability to speak. Can shift his height between 4' and 8' tall. Shifting does not affect his strength.
Kon can shape-shift into any form between 1’ and 10' tall, including supernatural creatures, but excluding deities, embodiments, eldritch, and similar. He can only imitate creatures he has thoroughly researched and the ingested DNA of. The more DNA, the more effective the shifting. His animal forms can be given human traits (ex. the ability to speak). His shifting works on a cellular level, letting him shift his DNA in a variety of ways. In general, he can change his natural scent, voice, blood type, and partial shift.
Imitating a creature will grant Kon the bare minimum of their abilities, weaknesses, and their general mindset. Additionally, he will register as that species physiologically and magically. With each ability comes a weakness of equal value. Abilities and weaknesses he manifests will have to be from DNA he has already ingested. Kon can choose up to 3 abilities that weaken with each addition, but he cannot choose his weaknesses and mindset. He can only hold onto the DNA of 3 species at a time. To become another species outside of his current 3, he has to switch one out. He can become a crossbreed of up to 2 species, but not if they directly contradict each other, so no angel-demon or fire-water hybrids. On that note, he can’t use more than 1 element and cannot take on enhanced sensory or regenerative abilities. It takes Kon 5 minutes to switch out and fully manifest 1 power.
Kon's shifting isn't under his complete control. He must pay close attention to every part of himself to keep his form consistent; otherwise, his form will change based on his mindset. When sad, his colors will dull; when scared, he'll look small and frail; and when angry, he'll look monstrous.

Cat-like Physique - Has cat-like flexibility, agility, balance, and reflexes; however, his run speed is slower than the average human.

He'll be losing these passive abilities:
- Doesn't need sleep to survive but can sleep when desired.
- Enhanced endurance, difficult to tire out of an activity. Roughly three times more endurant than a human.
- Resistant to disease. At most 50% less likely to contract a cold than the average person.

And he'll be losing these weaknesses:
- Vulnerable to persuasion, can more easily be persuaded to do something even if they don't like it. This is something that was intentionally instilled into them when they were bioengineered.
- No matter their appearance they always have the physical weakness of a five-year-old human. Training does nothing to counteract this.
