Kicking Rocks in the Rain

Jesse looked up at the sky. It was gray, and he could feel and see a few rain drops falling every now and then. It wasn't because of him though, the weather had done this one on its own.

He kicked a rock, just out of boredum. Classes for the day had ended, and there wasn't really much for him to do. This was one of the few places he had been before, so he had decided to check this place out. Just like almost every other outside area, it was boring. Jesse sighed, kicking another rock. He looked around, hoping someone else was there.

The rock he had kicked froze in midair and then fell to the ground as the damp foosteps of Judas Anderson stepped nearby, the telekinetic staring blankly at Jesse and then giving a charming smile, his eyes still blank and tired.
"Ah! A fellow classmate, I presume? Charmed. My name is Judas Anderson."

Jesse stared at the rock as it froze in mid air. What the...

"Ah! A fellow classmate, I presume? Charmed. My name is Judas Anderson."

He blinked for a moment, then smiled as well. "Hi. I'm Jesse Miler, pleased to meet you. Um... are you feeling alright? You look kind of tired..." The sky was still gray, but the rain drops were falling a little harder. It was pouring yet... it was just a little more than a drizzle, nothing too bad.

Lexie walked to Jesse. "What's up?" she asked. She smiled and walked to the edge of the cliff. Every time I'm was around Jesse it rains which she thought was alittle strange. She put up her hood and looked to both boys.

"Nothing really, I'm a loser. I have no life. All I do all day is talk to people, play guitar, skateboard, and sleep" she said jokely. She kicked a rock hard "Wow that went far" she said.

Judas smiled, his eyes still supremely tired, almost dead and lifeless as he ignored the rain dripping down his face.
"Ah, splendid to meet the both of you, my name is Judas Anderson. It's always so nice to meet fellow classmates."
He leaned against his fine wooden cane.
"So, what are you all up to out here? Pity the weather is so horrendous, although I do so love the rain. It's the perfect time to cry."

"That's more than I do," Jesse said. "I don't even know how to play guitar or skateboard... if anyone's the loser, it's me." He smiled slightly, and watched the rock she had kicked.

He turned to Judas. "I was just bored, and I haven't been here before. I like the rain too... but I think I have to, my power in creating thunder storms... although this one isn't mine... what's your power?"

Judas smiled.
"My powers are more of a curse of sorts, although they can be quite amusing in their destructive capabilities."
He flicked his wrist, his eyes suddenly becoming actually normal, almost beautiful as he sent a leaf floating straight up in the air and then had it burst into flames.
Then his eyes were lifeless once more, except they seemed even more tired, if such a thing were possible.
"Like so. Pyrokinesis and telekinesis. Fascinating power you have though, first I've ever heard of such a thing."

"Thanks," Jesse said. "Yours is cool too... my sister can create fire also... when we'd practice back home, she used to get really mad since my rain would put out her fire..." He smiled as he remembered how Adelina used to yell at him back home for being 'selfish' and 'mean'. But that was only when practicing... otherwise, the two siblings were very close.

He looked at Judas... he looked to be even more tired than he was before. "Are you alright? You look like you haven't slept in a really, really long time..."
