Alright... maybe this guy really wasn't planning on killing him, after all. Sabriel's tail twitched when Jira took off his hood, and he wasn't sure whether seeing his face and all relieved him or frightened him more. Blood red hair, now? Wasn't that just pleasant. Well, at least he had actually revealed himself... if this guy was a murderer, he sure didn't care is Sabriel got out of there and gave a description to the police or something.

"Alright... you were just walking? That was all you were doing?" he asked, just wanting to be absolutely sure, his tail twitching a little bit again.

Oh, God. He was right. His paranoia had been right. This kid was going to kill him. He was going to die. Nicolas wasn't here to save him, and he was going to die. He was going to get stabbed multiple times, there was going to be blood everywhere, some of his limbs might even be ripped from his body and taken somewhere to be burned. With his luck, his body would probably be either stuffed into a bag and put in a dumpster, or he would be left out here to be eaten. No one was going to find him if he was killed, he was sure about that, and he was sure his body was going to be completely mutilated.

His breathing started getting shakier, to the point where it was getting really hard for him to breathe. The other male probably wouldn't even have to kill him, Sabriel would probably suffocate himself by accident. Even so, that wasn't any more pleasant than being murdered.

And now was when his body decided to move. He scrambled backwards, still not taking his eyes off of Jira, stumbling back into a tree. Oh, that was great! A tree was blocking his route of escape!

"Well... well... well, uh... uh..." Of course, no witty comebacks were coming to mind. He didn't want a challenge, and he didn't want to sound cocky, so there was nothing he could say. Well, actually, there was — he was going to be pathetic and beg this guy not to kill him. "Um... please don't kill me..." the thirteen-year-old squeaked out.

Sabriel obviously hadn't been paying attention to the sarcastic tone in Jira's voice.

"Are you kidding me?" He said rolling his eyes and sighing, "What would I have to gain by killing you explain that to me?" He said not stuttering or holding his words back that shouldn't have been said he was getting more and more aggrivated9

Sabriel shrunk back a little bit upon noticing that Jira was getting aggravated. He could imagine that an aggravated murderer was much worse than a calm murderer, or even a happy murderer for that matter. When asked what Jira would have to gain from his death, the boy blinked, not really knowing. "Well... um..." he paused. He knew that some people killed just because they wanted to, that some people did it for pleasure. But, the question was, was that this boy's reason? "Well, um... how could you expect me to know what you would gain?" he asked quietly. "And no, I'm not kidding you. People don't exactly go around pretending to be serial killers, you know."

He sighed in annoyance, "And the high winded voice and obvious sarcasm never caught your ear idiot?" He said right after slapping a hand to his head in annoyance9

"Actually, it didn't," Sabriel said, not really embarrassed by it. When he got scared like, he couldn't pay attention to absolutely everything, and in this case, he couldn't pay attention to the tone of Jira's voice. He didn't mind being called an idiot; it didn't really bother him. "But you shouldn't have been saying things like that in the first place."

"Just shut up already." He said to aggravated to care anymore before walking away from him not really wanting to talk to someone who couldn't even understand sarcasm in the face of fear...

Sabriel rolled his eyes. "Well, aren't you polite," he said, now being sarcastic himself. He watched as the other male walked away, and, unfortunately, was getting into one of his more daring and curious moods. The thirteen-year-old followed after him, but made sure to stay a few yards behind, just in case. "Why are you so aggravated?" he asked, his head tilted to the side.

"I suggest you leave me alone now, or you might actually die." He said smirking before stopping and looking back at him the hood back up causing his eyes to gleem evily again.9
