Just Fighting Away

Ava personally preferred hand to hand combat, getting up close and physical. So when Orsick suddenly said he quit Ava narrowed her eyes, getting pissed off.
"So you're chickening out? I wouldn't carry it against you even if you wre able to knock me out. I ain't that petty."
Ava said with an annoyed tone and set her hands on her hips, her tail still out and swaying from side to side restlessly.

Damn, the way Orsick put it pissed Ava off but he also got a point. This power was annoying, from both opponent's and Orsick's point of view. Ava inhaled deeply and just let it out as a heeeavy sigh. She walked over to Orsick, if the needles allowed it, and would try to ruffle his hair if she got close enough. Ava was grinning, and shifted back into her normal human form.
"Oh yeah, it sucks you and I can't pummel each other for hours on end."
She laughed a bit and set her hands on her hips.
"But when you grow a bit we can have just plain fist fights, when you get bit closer to my level, scrub."
