Adelina cursed loudly when she couldn't get the sword loose. The surprise attack didn't work, though; the seventeen-year-old knew better from experience. Her sword shattered within the liquidy body and disappeared, only to come back once again to her hand.

She smirked somewhat. She loved the fact she could do that.

As the tentacles came, Adelina jumped right back onto the ice. It had warmed up though do to the summer weather and cracked beneath her, unable to hold her weight. She fell onto another part of the ice and quickly strengthened it before it did the same thing.

She started running now, thinking. This was just a game of cat and mouse, it seemed. Neither of them really had an advantage here.

Jira smirked as a bloody pillar came from beneath him. His blood was strong no matter what season. He was taught and trained to make sure that the blood had no weakness that could be avoided...ice and water that was something he knew was a slight draw back but ice could be shattered and his blood could be released.

Jira watched the tentacles attempt to collide their sharp points to her and saw them fail. He knew that he shouldn't risk making a storm since he saw her ice and slush...it had a lot to do with the whether and the fact she seemed to be crippled during most of the fight and being forced to focus harder...so instead he smirked as suddenly around him came what looked like crows though they were blood red and were very fast and aerodynamic so they could twist and turn to keep up with her and dodge attacks as about 3 of them flew at her aiming to scratch or peck at her exposed skin if their beak hit bullet in her leg...it would be over since if it shattered then chances were she might lose the leg

Adelina sighed when she saw the crows. It was horrible that her element was solid and couldn't be formed like the crows. She would have to expand on her powers. Even so, she wasn't dead yet, which had to count for something.

She fell on her ice again, though. This time, it was because of the bullet in her leg — it was just hurting too much. The woman sighed and stuck her hand into the wound, pulling the piece of metal out with gritted teeth.

As soon as it was out, she started running again, throwing about 6 spikes at the crows. Two for each.

It hit one crow, the one on the left barrel rolled out of the path of the ice while the other spun so he was flying vertically the ice passing it to the left and right as they gained moving faster and faster. Jira merely watched as his blood split into 16 tentacles each making them smaller and more aero dynamic and raced at her trying to cut her down

One down, two to go! Woo hoo me, Adelina thought to herself. All she had to do was finish off the other two and keep avoiding the tentacles. Jira had to get tired eventually. She did, too... but she could keep going for a while.

More spikes and a few streams shot out behind her at the birds.

One of the tentacles got around her arm and Adelina hissed. She managed to pull her arm free though, and stumbled slightly before she started running again.

Jira only smirked. "Your slowing down." He said with a smirk as he then took out his guns and aimed at her. "Game over." He said showing that he could easily shoot her now that she was on the ground

Game over? "Think again!" Adelina exclaimed, aiming three spikes and a stream for the gun. If she could destroy the gun, then he was pretty much done for. Even if she didn't hit the gun, he would run out of bullets eventually. Either way, that little weapon of his wouldn't last forever!

Adelina grumbled a few things under her breath, sighing. She formed a thick, rounded piece of ice in front of her to act as a sort of shield. Streams of ice came out of her other palm toward the gun. She hoped she could at least get it out of his hand... and maybe use it against him. That would be fun.

Jira smirked seeing what she was trying to do hit his one gun out of his hand. Fine, he smirked letting her do so, if she did really shoot the gun her arm might have not been able to take such a thing, and he also had another gun as he smirked the other two crows only a few meters already movign to scratch at her
