With yesterday being a starting point, other strange goings on have begun to happen. Beyond the shadow and the horse carriage, there have been other anachronistic occursnces: sections of street replaced with packed dirt roads, random old world tools and objects showing up in people's houses, etc.
There will be sign ups for an ICC event starting tomorrow (Wednesday, January 6, 2021), with the event itself occuring later in the month. The results of that event will determine how the rest of the event goes.
More details about the sign ups will be given with the official sign up post, but be aware that each member may only sign up one character, and the majority of the event's action will take place in the ICC. There will be danger, and characters who are signed up can very much get hurt.

Official Sign-ups: What you need to know:
The Event begins on January 15, 2021 at noon (PST). Sign-ups will close January 8, 2021 at midnight (PST).
Each member may sign up a single character to participate in this event. There are no restrictions on character age or category. Sign up your character by replying to this thread with a link to their profile.
Characters who are signed up will be removed from the primary setting on a temporary basis when the event begins. They will not be able to communicate with non-participating characters for the duration. Yes that includes social media.
The primary action of this part of the event will take place in the ICC. If not resolved by participating characters by January 17, 2021 at 9:00pm (PST), the event will resolve itself. What that means, you'll have to wait and see.
Due to timezones differences, any character whose player is offline during a time period will be assumed to be with the group but temporarily passive. They will not be targeted by hazards but will not be able to affect the event substantially during these times. Regular updates to what happens in the event will be posted in this thread to ensure that anyone returning will be able to re-enter the event with little explanation.
The event will be physically hazardous to your characters. Characters may be wounded and potentially will face consequences for such injuries despite any healing abilities they may possess. This is not guaranteed but should be noted.
