Jamie stands at a whopping 5’3 in height, blonde hair and big golden eyes. Jamie tries to take up as little space as possible, not wanting to get in anybody's way. They normally wear clothes that can be considered gender neutral or slightly feminine but not too outlandish to be considered too feminine for boys to wear by normal standards. They have pretty decent posture for someone who is hunched over a workbench most of the day but as the tendency to make themselves smaller when nervous or confronted. They have straight white teeth, and a small button nose, their lips are small and slightly pouty.
Personality Description:
While not against spending time with the general public Jamie prefers to be in small groups and more often than not alone. They find it easier to interact with people in small groups, and more peaceful when there isn't anybody around to talk or ask them questions. They are very curious and love to ask questions...when they can actually muster up the courage to talk to people. Jamie is very much the type of person that doesn't speak unless you ask them a question or talk to them. They prefer to watch people and study them as if they were machines. They are very easily flustered and embarrassed, not knowing how to react to compliments or when people are too close.
Jamie also struggles with their gender and sexual identity, it was sorta frowned upon in Oasis Central to not productive towards population growth, and since Jamie couldn't afford to magically transition They sorta hide the fact they identify as a girl. They will answer to him/he pronouns but they don't feel entirely comfortable with them. They want to be more comfortable in their body, but they aren't sure how to do exactly that. They also struggle with being attracted to men, as that was sorta frowned upon back home as well. They just want to be happy.

Jamie is a Technomancer and his ability manifest in two ways
Technopathy
Jamie can manipulate the inner workings of a mechanical device by establishing a mental connection between themselves and the machine in questions. They then make the machine carry out their orders through a series of commands through the links. They cannot make a machine act differently than what it was programmed to do. This connection can be established through touch or reaching out to any tech that is within a 4ft radius of them. They can also take apart and put back together any machine with an electrical pulse with a wave of their hand as long as there are within a 1ft radius of them. He cannot manipulate or take apart mechanical devices without electrical pulses
Mechanical Intuition
Jamie can scan a mechanical device with an electrical pulse and understand how the device is supposed to work as well as how to fix it if it is broken. It manifests as a blueprint in their mind, and the must draw it out to be able to follow it.
They can also see how a bunch of spare parts can come together to make machines that range in complexity like a simple levy or a basic robot. This has nothing to do with the programming of the machine just the way it would come together and turn off and on. In order to act on the information, they have to physically create the blueprint that manifests in their mind.
LIMITATIONS:
They are limited to the parts that they have around them, the fewer parts the simpler the device.
- because their intuition is affected by their mental state the more sleep deprived or distracted they are the less either power works.
neither power allows them to know complex things about machines, it's more they know how to make it work, what it does and how to put it together. The why part is something they have to figure out themselves. This also means he doesn't understand why the parts fit together the way they do or the science behind technology unless they actively study and reads learns it.

Biography:
- They were born in Oasis central to parents who were originally from the wasteland
- growing up they a very hard time due to the fact they weren't considered to be of well standing since their parents weren't from oasis central originally.
- Came into their powers around the age of 9/10
- They kept practicing their abilities since they were unable to afford school, would just try and put machine and such together out of spare things they found lying around.
- started training to be a scrapper at age 16 and began learning how to read and write, as well the science behind the machines.
- They went to sleep one night and woke up in Manta Carlo.
