It's Terror Time Again! [Kyros + Poptart]

"Don't worry my gentle rose, it won't hurt a bit...."

"I told you I'm not interested! Now please leave me alone!"

A gang of vampires all circled a pale, red-headed young woman. She was a beautiful lady with crystal blue eyes that were filled with terror. She trembled lightly in her ripped shorts and flowery t-shirt. Her sandals weren't built for dashing through the woods. She had been lured here by her now ex-boyfriend, a rogue vampire lord with a lot of charisma. He turned out to be too controlling and clingy for her tastes. A true love knew when to spend time with his girlfriend and when he was suffocating her.

He exerted dominance over the poor girl and even hit her a few times. Their relationship hadn't last long; it was his tricks that drew her in. Now she regretted agreeing to talk with him in the woods. He clearly planned on this should she decide to go. Now he was attempting to force her into becoming one of them. She would go from a human love witch to a vampire. However, she wanted nothing to do with that. She also knew such a decision was so she could be forever his and no one else's. She would not be trapped in a relationship that wasn't true love. She needed to find them.

....But right now it seemed like the end of the road.

"So what will it be, Harmony?"

"I don't want to be with you, and I don't want to be a vampire!"

"Then it looks like you could use a bit of convincing....don't worry my gentle rose, you'll see my way soon enough."

Harmony used those falsetto vocal cords to let out a distress scream that rang through the woods.

In that moment, not one but TWO knights in shining armor appeared to rescue the poor maiden from the abusive vampire lord. Harmony was both relieved and baffled to see these two people appear out of nowhere. The vampires were legitimately pissed that these fools had interrupted their fun. All of them glared at the pair viciously. Meanwhile the vampire lord bore his fangs and hissed at the intruders. He just wanted to be with his gentle rose and persuade her to become a vampire just like him. He couldn't bear the thought of watching his beloved die, so she could live forever next to his side until they both died together!

"Tsk tsk, how rude of you two. No matter. My "friends" will surely be able to take care of you meddlers."

The moment they were mentioned, the vampires left Harmony's side and instead circled the two intruders. There were six rogue vampires. None of them were armed, but they all were savage hand-to-hand combatants. The ex-boyfriend approached his lady. She edged away nervously before he grabbed her by the wrist. She cringed as if she was preparing to get hit by him. This was the clear sign of an abuse victim, and he sadly wasn't the first boyfriend to employ physical harm. However, this time he didn't hit her. He just pulled her in close to his body.

"Come along, darling. Let's have a little alone time..."

"No! Let me go!"

The lord attempted to drag her off as the other vampires simultaneously pounced at the two knights. Clearly the minions were supposed to serve as fighters and distractions while the boss had his way with the damsel.

The vampires weren't much trouble for the holy paladin Aleron. They were scrubs; they attempted to coordinate their attacks to better combat the threat, but it wasn't working out well for them. Maybe they should have brought weapons. Their enhanced condition at least afforded them the chance to live longer. He would have to exploit their weakness in order to really kill them if that was his intent. With them being preoccupied with the knight, that left Kimiko entirely free to attack the vampire lord.

The vampire lord noticed the knight charging at him quickly and tossed his "bride" aside so that he could properly dodge and combat the threat. One of the vampires noticed this maneuver and attempted to slip away from Aleron so that he could secure the princess. The lord was evidently pissed.

"You really ought to cease this foolishness right away. Can't you see that I'm busy with my beloved?"

That beloved stumbled nearby the lord. She scrambled to her feet and searched for a place to run. Harmony didn't want anything to do with the lunatic. She was about to run to the direction of the exit, but she noticed a vampire swooping in from the cluster to cut her off. The leader was also aware of her position and prepared to grab her once more if she decided to run. She felt disoriented and panicked. Why couldn't she just have a normal breakup for once?

The couple was successfully separated. The damsel split from him and was now trapped in a situation where she wasn't sure how to proceed. She wanted to escape, but the problem was that she was about to be cut off by a vampire. If she went in the other direction, then she would risk going deeper into the woods. Did she really want to go into the Forbidden Forest? That was an unwise decision that would get her killed possibly even quicker than staying with these vampires.

That was when a bubble suddenly encapsulated her. She glanced around in confusion and lightly poked the bubble. It reminded her of the obscure game Dragon's Lair; at the end of the game, Daphne, the princess in distress, was trapped inside a bubble. She didn't remember the vampire lord having bubble magic though. That was when one of the shining knights that came to rescue her revealed that this was his way of protecting her. As long as she remained in the bubble, the vampires wouldn't be able to hurt her. She didn't know about the weaker armor part naturally. Harmony was just grateful to be safe.

The underling that tried to capture the princess was sliced down by the holy sword of Aleron. He hissed in fury as he fell over onto his back. A giant slash mark was on the creature's chest. Meanwhile the vampire lord was combating the other knight. He was mostly dodging the jabs rather than attacking. He moved swiftly with vampire speed. On the last jab, he sidestepped and quickly shifted into a bat. The bat opened its mouth and let out a deafening screech. This alerted more of his vampire guards, but they wouldn't arrive just yet. The bat flew high up into the air and moved into a tree. His intentions were to hide and wait for the opportune moment to strike.

The princess was curled up in her bubble doing deep breathing exercises. She had to relax. She was being saved. She didn't have to worry about the vampire lord anymore. He was elsewhere now. She beamed at her two saviors as the bubble lowered. She stepped out of the bubble safely and attempted to give a hug to both of the knights.

"Thank you both!~ I thought I was screwed back there..."

What an utterly possessive douchebag she ended up dating. A douchebag that actually hadn't left the vicinity, but he was hiding out of sight right now. Normally she would go out clubbing at this time of night, but in all honesty she just wanted to go home. It was a terrifying night.

"My name is Harmony~ And I would like to go home...what are the names of my two amazing knights?"
