Mal would be a bit shocked at her statement, considering that that was almost completely against what she was interested in

"Oh, wait, really? Are you saying in a polygamous relationship? I thought you were all about freedom and not getting tied down? All of your other lovers and such?" He'd say this a mix of surprise and curiosity, he really didn't understand why she had switched like this, did he perhaps do something that made an impression on her?

She sighed, prolonging a blink so she didn't have to look at him.

He thought for a few minutes, realizing that this wasn't just his input that was needed, "Dear, what do you want?"

She listened to him and nodded.
