Cordelia watched as the blood sank into the ground. Well, at least there was one less thing to worry about. She was silent, trying to think about where she should begin. Everything was equally important... well, why not give him the choice?
"Since there are so many places to begin..." she said, "I'll let you decide. Do you want to learn about the rules, things you DON'T do, or how to make others first? Or, before that, do you have any questions?" She waited for a response.

Jira said nothing and continued to wait not caring for any choice at all...he just waited patiently for anything that might be important growing more and more impatient
Cordelia sighed. "Well, since you won't choose, I suppose we'll start with the laws," she said. "It is absolutely forbidden to kill one of your own kind, no matter what they've done to you or who they are. You also need to make sure none of your victims bodies are found, or, if you allow them to live, that they have no evidence that they were bitten by a vampire. You should also try and keep the fact that you're a vampire hidden from normal mortals... not like the ones at this school, but ones who have no powers or the like. There are other laws, but they aren't as important." She slowly explained, just to make sure he would get all of it. "Any questions before I move on?"
Jira continued to say nothing he didn't care for laws the worst they could do was kill him which is what he still wanted...he just waited for any other rules or things he couldent do not caring but planning to break them...
No questions? Good. She continued. "Now for things you don't do. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT drink from a victim until the heart stops. DON'T do that. It'll have the same effect as dead blood, and you don't want that. Make sure you pull away before that happens." Cordelia paused for a few moments, thinking. She was drawing a blank, though...

Jira didn't say anything but began to walk away planning to break that last rule...anything to get him killed...he didn't care aslong as he died...and didn't plan to be in this womans custody.
Cordelia's eyes narrowed, and she walked after him, still keeping a close eye on him. She was silent though... he didn't need to know how to make others only a few minutes after she had made him one himself. "You have absolutely NO questions?" she asked, finding it a little bit unbelievable.

Cordelia blinked. Oh, great, the kid had wings. Well wasn't this just spectacular. She sighed and shook her head, watching him, not going to let her little fledgling go. He was going to have to learn fast that she was the boss now. She couldn't fly, but she wasn't going to be stopped by that minor detail; she'd just follow on the ground.
