Yoka nodded.

"Thank you, Cat," she said, smiling at her. Yoka finished her drink and slid it to the end of the counter, but she was done, too. "I must admit, I'm so glad you were able to come home when you did."

For many reasons. Now that Yoka had something, no, someone to lose, Yoka was even more determined than ever to have those with a death wish on her removed. She just wished that she didn't have so many enemies, and so many of them close to home.

She said, "Is there a way I could contact you if I needed you in a hurry? I don't like to eat alone, you know."

Yoka smiled.

But she was cold on the inside.

"That is quite alright" cat responded

She would help any contractor to the best of her abilities, it came with the deal, however she did like Yoka more then most. Most where desperate virgins who didn't understood the meaning professional servant..

Cat would be summoned if Yoka was in danger, though she had yet to learn the effects of being trapped in that magical trap for so long, maybe it wouldn't work as efficiently as before, she couldn't tell or test until it happened. Whatever phone services she had going before was void due to payment not being paid for so long and she wasn't sure her brand of phone services was still a thing

"My phone doesn't work any more, but once I have browsed and chosen one to my taste, I will be right back and give you my new number". It had been a little lie to not blow the whole conversation of clever words, however whether or not Yoka noticed was of no concern, since the point was the same.

Cat drank all of the milk in the frosted glass in one go, took Yoka's hand with both of her own hands "Did you need anything else, right now?" staying or lingering in case she was still needed.

Yoka nodded and smiled at Cat.

"That would be fantastic, then," she said, but at this point in the conversation the smile did not fully reach Yoka's eyes. Christ, she was getting tired of this. Only four hundred more years until Yoka could sit at a bar and have a conversation with other immortal creatures that didn't involve subterfuge and assassination.

Or maybe it still would. She was just damn as sure trying to picture a future with Murphy by her side, but things like this made it hard to. Yoka wasn't an optimist, but she wanted to be.

"I think that will be all," she said, and then the smile did reach her eyes. "I hope you'll find many of the recommendations I gave you to be absolutely delicious. Nothing like a good old taste of home after time away."

Cat was skilled. Yoka had no doubt in her abilities to do what needed to be done.
