So she was satisfied. Was she going to do the whole we'll think it over and give you a call, or was he going to just end by offering the job? She seemed overwhelmingly interested, assuming he was reading the signs right, but Jude was willing to wedge his foot even farther in the door as needed.

There was no such thing as being too impressed by an interview candidate.

Time to look proactive. She'd already covered future career growth, the position of the company, where their previous PA had gone, job duties...

"Aside from Mister Silver and Bro- Mist- Broen-" Jude faltered, swapping back and forth twice before deciding that Mister Broen was way too weird sounding. It took him a moment to catch himself, continuing his question as if he hadn't just tripped and faceplanted over how he was supposed to refer to Broen. "Aside from them, is there anyone else I'd be working closely with?"

Zoraida hid a smile when Jude faltered, stumbled over calling Broen, Mister Broen. Oddly enough, she felt the same way. She, herself, had a hard time seeing him as anything but "Broen".

"Yes, there are a few others that you'll be working with. There is the security advisor for the company, Aedan Drago, as well as Marie, the receptionist..." who she didn't bother to mention would probably be gone in a week or two.

"There are currently two financial advisors and an acquisitions manager that will be flying in from the Montreal and the London office periodically - or until we can fill the positions here on the island," she explained.

"Oh, and you will be dealing with Raphael Del Bosque, my grandfather, he is at the helm of DB Holdings. You shall meet each of them as they pass through," she said evenly.

"If that is all?" she said, "And you have no more questions, I will have Mr. Sterling process your paperwork with accounting, and Mr. Dragos will provide you with security cards and clearance today so that you could start Monday, providing that's not a problem with you?" Zoraida asked, not needing any time to mull over hiring him or not. She had seen the other candidates and Jude was by far the most qualified for the post.

Hired, simple as that. Jude grinned (maybe a bit too honestly) and gave a quick nod.

"I can't think of anything else to ask, but if I have any questions, I'll be sure to ask." He was honest about that - if he had a question, he was going to ask, and that was without taking into account the effect that Giltenn had on him.

"I don't have any issues with Monday. I'll see you then."

The moment she started to stand up, Jude was up as well, getting to his feet and offering his hand for another nice, firm, overly practiced handshake.

Things had gone well. Really well. And by the time Jude was home, he was beyond happy.

Things were looking up.
