Ice

"It wasn't my first day..." he trailed, still sticking simple. If he stuck simple, then maybe he would understand a bit. 'Cause if Dari went all out and complicated... well, no one liked seeing Dari endlessly running his mouth off. Even his younger brother never heard of a time when he said more than four sentences in a row without stopping.

He sighed, then tried to think about what Glaciemancer was. Confused, he almost felt like asking him what it meant. That is, before Dare butt in.

'It has glacie in it. Ice control probably.'

Then, Dari almost bursted into a fit of laughter at his jump, but control himself greatly. He looked down the hall, and lucky for him, no one was coming near them. Or so he thought. He was beginning to get quite flustered by attempting to talk, to say something.

"Eh, so..." he began, then stopped to think over. He hadn't had an experience in which he should uphold a conversation. So then, Dari felt like staying silent, and then maybe the other person would leave him alone.

He waved weakly back, and then opened the room again, and shuffled back in, sort of slowly. He stared at all the ice around him, closing the door behind him. Dari was almost in a daze; here had had the entire day to himself and he had no idea how to spend it.

'Let's start this again. Breathe, Dari. Then try to get your ice in control and make them disappear, alright? ...I don't like being your teacher, 'kay, so just try to get it sorted out.'

Dari looked doubtfully around him, at all the shards of ice that he had acidentally multiplied and scattered all over the room. He sighed, and sat down against the door, staring half-heartedly at the mess in front of him. 'I really can't...'

As soon as Dari had closed the door, Paul was suddenly pushed up against the wall. It was the same punk that was terrorizing him earlier. He had menacing red eyes and a red mohawk. In fact, he didn't look like an average kid you would find at an academy. His clothing was ripped and torn as if he had been in many fights. His many tattoos and scars didn't indicate anything otherwise.

"Um.. unhand me please. That's kinda rude, dude." He politely asked.. even though the situation was much more serious than he treated it. He didn't even know the kid's name, but apparently he looked at him wrong or something, because all day he had been terrorized by him. Corona had refused to help, apparently he thought this would be good training or something.

'Did you hear that?'

'Hear what?'

'You missed it; check out what's going on outside.'

He opened the door, almost tripping in the process, and found the same guy that had been talking to him pinned on the wall. Then something clicked: this weird mohawked dude who fights reminded him of the strange groups back at Dare's old school. Those who teased him, taunted him, but most of all put his brother into torture.

His eyes narrowed into slits, pupils glowing an icy blue. Before he thought of anything, he jumped the boy, landing him on the floor, and Darius was just standing on him, glaring. It was very amazing how much strength he had; Dare was always taken aback about that.

"You dirty scum, filthy thing. He said to "unhand" him, apparently you can't understand language that is spoken to you, illiterate," his shoe was right on the guys chest, as the person looked aprehendedly at him. "I hate people like you, always getting ticked off at the slightest thing; so what if he bothered you. Your kind are always immature brats, you (er, insert appropriate swears here. >>)."

[Eh heh. it's bad if you have someone stepping on you... So, I'll leave the next move to you then. :3]

He was quite surprised at what Dari had done. It took him a few seconds to understand just what had happened.

"Wait, get off of him. There's no need to fight." he walked over and tried to get Dari off the punk. "This can be solved with just words!"

Too late, the kid on the ground grabbed Dari's leg and suddenly his pants had caught fire. Apparently that was the kid's specialty.

'Oh, he's gonna get it now...' Dari could almost imagine his brother shaking his head and mock pity. But he was right. Was this guy gonna get it.

He kicked the boy away with one thrust of his leg, the one which had begun to burn. Wincing at the pain a bit, but not lessening his fierce icy glare, he pinned the boy against the wall with a foot. He didn't concentrate, but the ice just came to him, in large quantities. Some had formed over the fire, melting away in the flames, then soddening his pant leg. However, in his disatracting gaze, the ice creapt along the boy, and then along the walls, and in a flash, something happened.

'You do know what you're doing, right?'

'Of course, I do.'

Anyone who unfortunately came along on the second floor would notice that there was a very good reason why Dari needed special, one-on-one instruction. The entire hall had snow; inside, snow. Ice framed the walls around him, but Dari's only intention was to "teach him a lesson" not to freeze the entire place over.

Ignoring the other male's warning, he did a bit of fancy handiwork, including a breaking of bones and finally tossing the rebel-like boy down the wall, sliding on the ice. Then he noticed.

"Oh. Darn. No." Dari then proceeded to many mental swears, almost blowing his twin away at his mass array of cuss words.

'See, now I don't really feel like takiing over 'til the next week.'

'Aw, I just made a mistake... I just freezed the entire hall over...'

Now turning his attention and his deep blue eyes at the ignored boy, he asked in the same tone he had before, "Mind helping me clean?"

[Sorry for the abrupt end, and Dari's godmodding or whatever, but that really was his personality... So yeah, they might help him clean...]

"Ummm..." Paul looked down at his feet which were frozen to the floor. He tried to move but ending up falling back against the wall.

"Why did you do that..? Is he going to be alright?" He looked over at the punk that just got tossed across the hallway. I suppose he deserved it, after all, Paul doubted he was the only one that the kid messed with. But he really wasn't hoping for him to be injured. Plus, he and Dari would have some explaining to do.

Owned.

His gaze shifted to the floor as well; it seemed that he had glued himself on the floor, not only him. "It's why I'm here..." he trailed, not knowing what else to say, or anything to do. Several seconds passed before Dare mentally slapped him to unmelt it with his secondary power. Which he wasn't good at either.

And then Dari just decided to stand and do nothing, casting a glace at the shivering pile of the person he just flung. "The injuries weren't lifethreatening," he replied, unfazed that he just threw him. He did that all the time.
