What time was it? What time did she leave the house again?
Wakanda didn't remember and barely cared. It was pitch black with the tiny stars just barely illuminating the sky. The tall trees blocked out most of them; this left shadows that stretched across the ground. Her hair and eyes blended in perfectly. Even being someone that gained an appetite for carelessly stepping into places, she wasn't stupid enough to pretend she could see in the dark well. The flashlight function of her phone lit the path ahead of her. She stayed in the center to avoid getting tangled in the various trees and bushes.
However, at this point she felt a tad bit more concerned. Where was she? She knew she was in the woods, but her exact positioning was unknown to her. A quick glance at her phone told her: 1. it's midnight and 2. her phone battery was less than fifty percent. Hopefully it didn't drop below twenty percent before she got out of the woods, or she was in for some serious trouble. This wasn't her usual hangout spot. Then again, she had no hangout spot to begin with. She was a wanderer; someone who went where they pleased.
The lady decided to turn instead of walking straight. She opted to look between the trees. Her eyes picked up a decent amount of star light. Not a lot, but more than the surrounding areas she stood in. This must be a clearing, she thought. Wakanda stepped through the bushes in a gray dress and loafers, not caring that the branches were scratching up her outfit and legs. It would take what felt like a few minutes of travelling to get to the clearing. Perhaps she would recognize it; it wouldn't really hurt to have some idea of where she was.
However, her plans certainly were not to drop in on someone uninvited.
