"It's quiet up here, isn't it?" Adelina asked, walking up beside Arek. She sat down by him, careful to keep a little distance between them. "It's a nice place to think. I'm Adelina, and you are...?" She looked at him and smiled slightly, tucking a piece of her red hair behind her ear.

"I'm Arek." he said holding his hand out. "and yes, it is a very good place to think." He smiled happy to have someone to talk to.

Adelina took his hand and shook it. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Arek." Her smile widened somewhat, and she looked below them at the other students playing in the snow. After a few moments of silence, she turned back to Arek.
"My power is fire," she said, pausing to make a small flame in her hand. "What's yours?"

"I can manipulate earth and wind." As he said this he blew some snow up off the ground and formed a snowball with it. Then he threw the snowball at a nearby tree. "My earth manipulation ability tends to be a little destructive. So it might not be a good idea to use it here."
Adelina nodded. "Fire is destructive too..." she said, a frown making its way onto her face for only a second before it was replaced with a smile. "Your powers sound cool... especially wind." She then stood up, and began looking around, the smile still on her face. She was unsure of what else to say, so she just remained silent.
"Thanks," Adelina said. "You seem like a nice person too. I'm glad to have met you as well." Her smile widened again, and she stopped looking around to just look at Arek.
"So... do you want to stay up here and talk, or would you like to go somewhere else and have some fun?"
