"I'm glad." He said happily as he looked up at Jett, like some puppy that had just gotten a new toy. It was exciting and scary all at the same time. Jeong stood and nodded as Jett wanted him to get him medicine. "Got it." He spun around and ran into the bathroom once more. He opened up the cabinet, then literally dumped every single bottle on the ground except for Tylenol.

He ran back and sat beside him, smiling. "Here, I got your medicine." He handed him two pills, wondering if that was enough for them. "Don't worry about getting the present right away, if you want you can just lay down. I can probably pull you there?" He wondered if that was what he wanted.

Jett looked at the two pills in his hand and threw them back, swallowing them. He reached out for the bottle in Jeong's hands and took a handful of Tylenol, taking them all. Was that healthy? Not for his liver, but it was better than being in this pain all night.

"Nah," Jett laughed again, good-natured as ever. To the world, Jett was insane. Brilliant (secretly), but insane. At home, with Jeong, he could act more at ease. It was a shaky feeling, one he wasn't sure about, but Jett liked it nonetheless. "Just give me a second for these to kick in and I'll be good." No, it also was not good to walk around with a newly sewn side, but Jett wasn't the sanest person in the world, as had already been discussed.

True to his word, Jett stood not five minutes later, using the wall to support himself. "So, present. Present. We should clean up this blood first before it stains. Hate to ruin your pretty walls." And they were pretty, a nice... Jett wanted to say it was blue? Maybe green? He really didn't know.

That couldn't be healthy at all. As Jeong felt the bottle slip out of his hand, he wanted to close it back into his chest. He didn't really think that he would die from an overdose of it, but it still wasn't the best move that Jeong had seen him do. He must have been in a lot of pain to do such a stupid thing.

"Alright." He sat there, playing dabbing up some of the blood around them, as it had stained his turquoise walls and beige tiled floor. It wouldn't be easy to get out, but that wasn't a big concern for him. Jett's life was a lot more important. "I mean it looks kind of cool." He glanced up at Jett once he had stood. "I got it though, it wouldn't be very nice of me if I told you that you had to run back and forth for water and rags." His chuckle bad a bit of innocence in it, like some child talking about an art project. He went back to scrubbing with the wet side of the towel.

What looked cool? The wound? Jett was struggling to follow. Rare for him, and so quite aggravating. Since he and Jeong had lived together, Jett had always taken care of things. That was important. Yes, he was a total jokester mooch, but he made sure everything was dandy. Just dandy. He ensured Jeong was happy and sane (ironic, he knew), he made sure to be the strong one, the confident one, the one with all the answers. He was the rock. Now, unable to give Jeje that comfort was driving him mad.

With a grunt Jett pushed away from the wall, stumbled, and caught himself. "No, no. I'll help. It's fine." It did occur to Jett that lifting a bucket of heavy water would hurt. Hurt may have been an understatement. It would be torture. He didn't care.

Pride was a particular downfall of his in situations like these. Jett rarely considered something truly and wholly his. His in the way that he would take care of it, rather than destroy it. But, Jeong was his, as was this house. You take care of those things. They're too valuable not to.

Jett strode to the bathroom, trying to come off as casual as he could (not very, his pain was noticeable, but Jett wasn't a fan of showing weakness). He pulled a bucket from under the sink and turned the water on hot. Once filled, he took a deep breath before making his way back to Jeong with a clean rag and a bucket of steaming water. The stitching at his side stretched, burned, and bled, but it didn't open. Thank God.

Slipping down the wall again, making sure to steer clear of the blood on it, Jett wrung out the rag and scrubbed it against the drying blood on the wall. It wasn't long into the cleaning process that the bucket of water was red and dirty and the rag would need to be thrown away.

As he worked, Jett was silent as the grave. His eyes bore into the mess. He had to concentrate on this sole thing to get it done. When it came to matters of importance, Jett was rather single-minded in his approach. "We're going to need," he snapped his fingers, trying to summon the mind to come up with the correct word, "some of that cleaning shit." Close enough. "The stuff for stains."

Why was Jett overly straining himself, just to help clean his weird colored wall? It wasn't like Jeong cared all that much if it was a bit blood stained or beaten down. It's just some wall, compared to his life. Jeje chewed at his lip as he saw Jett walk to the bathroom. He wanted to say something, to yell out that he really didn't have to rip his stitches for a wall wasn't worth it. He only gave off an embarrassed and worried vibe about him as he stared at the bathroom door. Please be okay.

A few very different emotions washed over him, that was for sure. When he heard the bathroom door creak, his eyes and mouth were full of excitement that the wounded man had come back from his venture. But then this side was seen, his poor, poor side. All that hard work that Jeong had put in almost seemed to bust open. Thankfully, even with all the space it took for him to get from the room to the stained wall, it didn't budge. "Dude, you have to be more careful." Jeje wanted to hug him and pat him for doing a good job, but he only dipped the towel in the steaming water before cleaning up at the wall.

"Yeah, that would be a lot more effective. Do you think they would have one for blood?" He giggled at the thought of seeing a blood remover at a general store. He only glanced occasionally at the weak man, ever look getting weaker and weaker for Jett. He was fading, but it seemed that his spirits were high enough to continue on. "I'll change the water." He nodded as he stood and in no time, lugged the heavy bucket to the bathroom. He tipped it into the tub and watched it ooze down into the drain. Gross. After a few minutes he came with another full bucket and placed it in between them. "I'd much rather you get some rest and allow me to clean up your wound again." Jeong doubted that the man would let him, but he worried. "I care about your health, you know. I don't like to see you pushing yourself just to clean a stupid wall."

"I'm being careful," Jett protested as they cleaned. It didn't look like the blood would stain too badly. It would be a dark, rusty spot, but maybe it could be mistaken for something else? "How do you think I got by before I was living with you?" Jett wasn't quite littered with scars, but that wasn't to say he didn't have them. Now, he figured he'd have one on his side, too.

Jett grinned at Jeong, laughing with him, in good spirits despite the circumstances. "Sadly no. I've checked. Besides, that screams 'I'm a criminal.' We'll have to use the general stain remover. I think we have Tide somewhere? Maybe under the sink in the kitchen. Or the bathroom."

As the water turned red, Jett was about to gather the energy to stand again and replace it, but Jeong beat him to it. He would have called out and stopped him, but honestly, he didn't want to stand up, and this was an easy out.

"I think it's about as clean as it is going to get, J," Jett responded. Despite his argument, he did lay his head back against the wall and take a few short breaths to mitigate his pain. "I'm fine, honestly. I've taken worse. There is no way in Hell or Heaven on Earth that this wound is going to get the best of me." He offered a reassuring smile to Jeong. "Promise."

"I'm surprised that you're still in one piece by living with me." It seemed that Jeje was the cause of a lot of Jett's minor wounds. Grease accidents, paper cuts, broken glass; Jeong was clumsy and he knew that Jett hated that part of him. "You've always been a wreck though so." He gave the man a lovely smile, like one out of some movie. "Tide, yeah I guess that might work." Since he had been with him, he had kind of become the maid of the house. While Jett was off making most of the money with God knows what, Jeje was at home making sure that everything was in order. A small income from his groups' new albums came over, as well as his YouTube channel where he sometimes made vlogs and songs.

"That's fine." He stared in defeat at the wall, as it wasn't close to being it's normal color. He would just have to paint over it. "But really, idiot. I care." He knew that Jett thought he was this man that wouldn't ever die, that he would always be strong even if he was split in two, but Jeong just didn't or couldn't feel that way. "I sometimes don't enjoy worrying over you, you know. Even though you are strong and grown up." His gaze was to the floor, as he felt that his words were rambling. When he looked up, the smile that greeted him was unexpected. "I'm glad, I wouldn't want to lose you."

"I didn't mean it like that," the Skinwalker actually flushed some. "I just mean, before you were here to take care of me, I had to learn to take care of myself." Jett reached forward to lay his hand on Jeong's thigh, just in case the tiger tried to leave to get the Tide stain remover. "You won't lose me, but we both know I can't and won't slow down.

"Did you want to have dinner now? I can go outside and get your present. No need to sit here and dwell on unpleasantries. Let's sit, relax. I've had an action packed day and, really, Jeong; I don't want to bicker right now. I'm tired." Jett had never admitted something like that before, but he was. He was exhausted, and he didn't feel like having a battle of wits.

Usually, days like these, Jett would lock himself somewhere alone and study, read, something to distract himself.

"I know." He looked at the hand that was placed so nicely on his thigh. It was rare for Jett to touch him without it being for another reason. "I'm glad though, that you won't change yourself for me." He didn't want that, nor was that his motive behind what he had said. He truly just wanted Jett to be safe. He placed his own hand on Jett's for a second, to reassure him.

Jeong was utterly shocked to hear him actually admit to being tired. He too didn't wan to bicker any longer, but it kind of shocked him that he was so bold about it. "Right, yeah that sounds good." And with that, he moved Jett's hand up to his mouth and kissed it quickly before placing it on the ground where he had been. "I'll go get supper out and warmed okay? I um, I made your favorite." The smile on Jeong's lips was pure pride and confidence in what he had made. "And maybe after we eat uh, I wanted to share something with you- something good though!" He wanted to clarify considering it could have sounded like some type of threat otherwise.

After a few seconds of smiling, he nodded and turned into the kitchen, allowing Jett with plenty of time to get up and get whatever present he had gotten him. It made him excited to know that he had also thought of him. As he heat
