How coincidental.

Catherine looked at him. "I care..." she said. That might not help him any, since in the end, it was his decision, but... she hoped that it would. She truly, honestly cared what happened to him. "Things get better... they really do. Life is crap, but things change and turn out for the best." And she knew that for a fact. She had been homeless and near death before, after all, and here she was now, alive and well.

He only shook his head. "Just go live your life without having a burden in it, its all I am besides people like you, I have no hope you do." He said starting to run again his arm still full of crystals he didn't plan on stopping this time either

Catherine ran after him once again. All this chasing was beginning to get slightly tiresome, but she would do it. "You're not a burden!" she said. "I care about what happens to you! Even if you go away, it's not going to solve the problem! Going away doesn't erase things!" Hopefully what she was saying would have some affect. She really hoped that it would.

"And so what if people like me? I don't exactly like all of them!" It was mainly because of how they treated Soahc, to be honest. She didn't want to surround herself with bullies.

He flung his arms back sending large spikey crystals back at her not listening anymore he was convinced as it was and didn't want to see any one suffer because of him...all he wanted to do was be alone without anyone near him and he was bent on getting that

Catherine dodged the crystals. She had gotten hit with one those earlier, the last thing she wanted was for it to happen again. She wouldn't hurt him... she really didn't want to. Besides, her powers probably wouldn't hurt as much as his did. She didn't bother saying anything, since he hadn't said anything either.

"Leave me alone!" He yelled back while throwing more and more crystals trying to hit her atleast once so he could be safley out of harms way ...or atleast try to...

She couldn't dodge the crystals forever, and eventually another one hit her. She stumbled backward, looking at the crystal and pulling it out. Catherine sighed, knowing that she wouldn't be able to go after him anymore. Even after she had pulled that crystal out, her powers weren't healing it. They obviously couldn't handle two major wounds in a row.

Coughing up blood onto the sidewalk, Catherine grabbed a nearby brick wall to stand up. Her legs were shaking, but she took a deep breath and started walking. She tried not to show she was in pain, but her little body just couldn't take such big hits one after the other.

He only kept running into the alley ways losing her completly...he knew that Catherine would live since she would heal eventually so he had nothing to worry about

Catherine eventually got to the apartment, though she had left a trail of blood in her wake. The wound hadn't stopped bleeding yet, though it had healed the tinniest bit. She leaned against a wall once in the home, breathing labored. "It won't stop..." she squeaked, covering the bleeding hole with her hands to try and stop it. She hadn't really gotten stabbed before, and didn't know what to do.

Jira looked at her. "Just wait." He said as slowly her vampire genes began to repair the broken skin again...
