Alexiel snorted. "Would that really work?" She didn't think it would, but she supposed she could try. Her coworkers didn't have powers, but they would never know if someone at the hospital did. They would never know the truth... hopefully. She didn't want to lose her job over a silly little lie.

Alexiel sighed and grumbled a few things under her breath. "You could have AT LEAST put me down lightly..." she said. "Would one more kind act have killed you? Why did you even help, anyway?" She doubted he would answer, but she could try, right?

"My own gain." He said not really having a reason besides not wanting her plant to go on a killing spree and reveal themselves...but that wasn't a really good one since the plant could have easily killed anyone who came close enough

Alexiel followed him. "Oh, really? So you had to get it to me right away even though it couldn't do anything as a seed?" she asked. He was right; she definitely wasn't going to drop it. She wanted answers and she wouldn't leave him alone until she got them.

Alexiel smirked. "You turned it into a seed. You could have just as easily brought it back to the apartment and waited until I returned, couldn't you have?" she asked. It seemed to her that someone may have been gaining a heart.
