Honua stands at 5 foot 9 with a slim and curvy figure. Being from Hawaii, she has dark skin with hazel/orange eyes. Her natural hair colour is black but she dyed it to a deep purple colour that is usually tied in a high pony, trailing down to her waist. Honua’s usual attire consists of black leggings, a black top, grey pumps and sometimes a white jacket. She wears hand wrap from time to time as she does a lot of martial arts and has a titanium ring on her pinky finger.

Honua is a strong willed, independent young woman who does not like to be told what to do. She prefers to spend time practising kapu kuialua and kickboxing rather than socialising, viewing the idea of friends as people who let you down or want something from you. Often presenting herself as fearless, she prefers to hide all emotion from others to avoid seeming weak, though not always working. She has issues controlling her anger, often taking out her problems on a training dummy or punch bag. Sometimes, she does show her sensitive side, helping a person that is in real danger, if they have never done her any wrong but she is not one to listen to people’s problems.

Omni-Morph Duplication: Honua has the ability to duplicate the appearance and properties of any solid element or material that she is physically touching. For example, if she was touching titanium, she could become as strong and hard as it, making it hurt her opponents more or making it easier to break weaker materials and duplicating materials such as diamond would allow her to endure higher temperatures. She can do partial duplication for a certain part of the body or a full body duplication but her clothes do not change. However, she can only maintain a duplication for an hour at the most and only four different ones at a time. Also, if she is chipped, dented, bent or smashed, it will create effects on her body when she returns to normal. Small chips and dents will appear as bruises but more severe ones could cause internal bleeding. If any part of her is bent whilst she is a malleable material, she can simply readjust it back to its original form, otherwise it will result in bone breakages and fractures. Some injuries, such as being smashed when she is glass, will result in her death and she will remain as shards of the material.

-Appendage Manipulation: When Honua has taken on a material, she can morph her limbs into her desired shape such as a weapon or tool. This does not allow her to increase the volume of her limbs by much so they form can be nothing larger than her strength would normally be able to wield. The form may not be something that has parts that are not completely attached to her limb in some way (e.g. she cannot fire bullets from a gun) so, in the case of weapons, they may only be melee. Once again, the properties of these weapons are determined by the material she has duplicated.

Regeneration: She has a relatively fast healing factor that will heal bruises and cuts in a couple of hours, breakages in a week and deep wounds in a month or so. No limbs or organs can be regrown if removed or heal fast enough if she is critically injured.

Honua was raised on the island of Hawai’i with her father and mother in a small, one storey home near the coast. As a child, she would love spending hours upon hours on the beach, making sandcastles, dipping her feet in the ocean. It was a great place to grow up in. Her father was a fisherman so she would watch from the shore as he sailed off every morning.

However, one night, in her early teen years, she wandered the beach alone. The memory of that night was hazy but she never felt as terrified as she did in that moment. She remembered the pain that jolted through the back of her head, the cool sand beneath her, yet she didn’t see, or at least remember, who did it. Though not fully aware, she still knew what had happened to her.

She told her parents what had happened, who found her lying on the beach. A police investigation went underway but the offender was never found. After that night, her father insisted that she learnt how to defend herself, making her learn kapu kuialua, a Hawaiian form of martial arts. Years of training made her exceptionally good at the art and she began to develop a passion for it, taking up kickboxing as well. At the age of 16, her abilities started to manifest, due to a dormant gene from her extra-terrestrial lineage, which is still unknown to her. She often used her powers when she was mad to allow her to take her anger out on things stronger than a punching bag, catching the attention of a scout from Manta Carlos, causing her to be enrolled at starlight academy.

Honua shares a dorm room with William and owns a fair amount of money that her parents had saved for her. She also owns her own bo staff that is made from red oak.
