Home is where the Heart is

Walking around Sebastian didn't mind the house, sure it needed some fixing up but he had spent most his life in hotels so this place was amazing and the dorm rooms at the academy were just that. Dorm Rooms, he thought it was great but he could tell from the Mouse to the lead paint Izzy didn't like it, he could tell that she wanted a bigger house and for some reason she wanted two bedrooms.

He shrugged as they walked back down stairs, "Na. Let's go to the next one. This ain't my style." He smirked at the real estate agent who sighed, crossing something out on her clipboard. "Very well, the next house is just down the road follow me." She said flying out the door and down the road waiting for them in front of the next house.

As they walked down the road to the house Sebastian leaned close to Izzy. "Whatever you want." He said kissing her forehead and squeezing her butt against just for fun, giving her a wink as he knew she would hit him. The next house definitely looked bigger, it actually looked like a family home.

Going inside Sebastian could smell the scent of paint as he looked over at the ladder, he didn't mind that it wasn't finished but eh it was going to be work if they made him have to paint the place. Maybe it'd be a good workout to paint the whole house, he'd have to think about it going into the living room he looked out the windows. It felt like their neighbours could see everything if they looked from the right angle... Sebastian sighed, maybe they could get curtains he wasn't going to say no just for that reason, he did want to have alone time with Izzy in their own house and try out some fun... Things. But he wasn't going to decline a house, this place looked great the kitchen was big and it seemed like everything Izzy would want.

As they stood at the bottom of the stairs Sebastian smiled, "We have to babe, we can't just live on the bottom floor, we need to see what the bedrooms look like." He walked up the stairs and immediately after hitting the fifth stair he heard a creak sound that caused him to take a second look down, one of the stairs was cracked through the middle and hanging by a thread. "Hmm." He said as he skipped over that step and walked up to the top floor.

It didn't look too bad, he looked in through the first door, this was the second bedroom it was nice. Not too big not too small, perfect for visitors who were going to spend a few nights in there but it wasn't big enough to put any desks or anything in it. The bathroom was nice, the shower wasn't a double but he could live with it, it would be an excuse to get cozy. The main bedroom was amazing, the bed was huge and there was so much room for activities. He turned to Izzy and smiled, "It's a bit of a fixer upper but we could do it I think."

Sebastian looked at Izzy concerned and look out the window at the bush, he has spent his life around nature. He knew a poison ivy bush when he saw it, that wasn't poison Ivy, "I mean babe, we could put curtains up in the living room, I understand you concern with that but yeah curtains easy. That stair I'm sure we could get that fixed before we move in." He winked at the real estate agent who gave him a thumbs up and winked back.

"Babe come on, what's wrong with the house. I thought you loved it. Big kitchen big bedroom big bathroom a second bathroom down stairs. It has a back yard. Come on, I know you want it to be perfect but I can't help but think you aren't telling me something." He put his hands on her shoulders and looked into her eyes and smiled. "What ever it is I'm sure we can work through it, I love you. Remember."

Sebastian looked back at the real estate agent and shrugged, "I guess we can look at some of the others, but keep this one as a contender." He said as he took Izzy by the hand and began walking back outside, something was definitely up and he didn't think Izzy would be the kind of person to keep a secret from him but they hadn't been dating that long to know EVERYTHING about the other one.

The agent flew outside, she was starting to get bored but she gave them a fake smile as she flew past to the next house. This one looked good, it looked better than the last and it was probably going to be double as expensive. He walked in and it was perfect, the kitchen was huge, the living room was huge and only one window, the back yard was plenty big. All that was left was up stairs. He signaled for Izzy to go first this time.

Sebastian smiled, he was happy they didn't have to go to 50 houses he didn't mind the small bathroom that much it was just a joke and everything else looked great. "How much?" He said quizzically, they were both students this should be known. "Well if you are both students, do either of you have a job or a family allowance or something?" She questioned putting the pen up to her lip as she eyed the two.

"Yes I have a job." Sebastian said looking away, "What is it?" The real estate agent asked tapping her clipboard, as she slowly floated towards Sebastian, looking him up and down. "I can give you guys an amount you have to pay then the rest can be taken out of work paychecks and monthly out of family bank accounts if you wish but I have to know if your job is stable enough for you to be losing money."

Sebastian turned around before looking back at Izzy and shrugging, "I'm a.. Performer." He said putting his hand through his hair, "I don't have hours I have commission, I work for.. Tips." He said now looking at the ground, the real estate agent knew immediately what he was talking about and sighed, "no that will not do. I guess it's up to you young lady. If you wish you two can have a mutual agreement to take money out of his "Paycheck" but we can not do it as it is too unstable."
