Hasuka's journey westward

A virtual cookie to the first one who gets the reference in the title.
So, what are my plans for Hasuka? The most honest answer would be: I have none! She's just a character idea I had in mind, so I created her in the hope to make friends and have fun: at that, her IC mindset and my OOC one are pretty similar, because well, she's a newcomer to Starlight hoping to make friends, just like I am.

I wrote everything about her personality and backstory in her profile: if you are a human, expect Hasuka to be glad to meet you, while Kohakuren will probably be rude to you. If you are a mystical creature, like a dragon or a kitsune, expect Hasuka to be intimidated by you, while Kohakuren will talk to you as a peer. If you are a cyborg, artificial human, or otherwise involved with science, expect both Hasuka and Kohakuren to dislike you, because... Well because science is what cost them their homeland. Oh, and if you were planning to hit on her, expect misunderstandings, accidental innuendos and luminescent blushes to follow.
Of course, I am mainly hoping to meet her prospective classmates (she transfered in just in time for the new school year, and she is going to be in high school, 11th grade), but well, I never say never: for now, I just want het to interact with all sorts of people and get a hange of her new environment. If this results in her getting sucked into someone else's plots/plans/schemes, all the better!

Oh, and this is a good time to mention that, going forward, there are three possible paths her character development might take (ah, the wonders of using a MMO's character as faceclaim, working the different job paths into your own development opens up endless possibilities!): will she stick to training her family's martial art, becoming an accomplished warrior who fights to protect the weak? Will she develop an interest for black magic, improving her pyrokinetic powers to bring her fighting style to a whole new level, unprecedented in her family's history? Or will she completely fuse with Kohakuren, unlocking the full potential of the mystical fox? I myself don't know yet, it will depend entirely on her experiences at the academy, the people she will meet, the plots she will get involved in. Yes, this does mean that I have developed three different plans for the evolution and development of both her personality and her powers, and I am only going to use one. I am crazy like that.

This being said: minna-san, konnichiwa! Watashi Manabe Hasuka desu! Yoroshiku onegaishimasu!

So, Malek is technically Hasuka's underclassman (assuming the indication of the grade in your profile is up-to-date), but well, that could actually work in favor of an interaction between the two. I mean, you'd expect the underclassman to look up to and rely on the reliable and beautiful sempai... Except in this case, the sempai in question knows very little about the academy and in fact the world in general, so she would be the one who would end up needing his help. They have many things they can bond over, as both are heirs to rather unique families, both had to flee their respective homeland, and as mentioned Kohakuren likes being around other mystical creatures. So yeah, maybe it will take a while before they can actually run into each other, but I can see this working out.

Mike is more difficult to figure out, because well, from the profile I cannot tell in what capacity he is on the island, so yeah, I find it hard to figure out how they would run into each other...

... And I couldn't find Raheal's profile anywhere :/

So yeah, as things stand, Malek seems to be the one with the best chances of working something out right off the bat. Where and how could they meet?

Well yes, something like that. Although, since lessons, to my knowledge, haven't started yet, I can kinda see Hasuka trying to explore the island, only to get lost in the forest, happening unto Malek by chance. That seems like something she would do... And I kinda like the idea of a chance meeting in the woods so that, when they meet again at school, she can be like "oh hey, you are the one who helped me the other day!". Of course, the final decision is up to you :)

Oh, but remember that I won't be able to make IC posts until tuesday night (GMT+1). I hope this minor wait won't be a problem for you :)
