"I din't catch your name. Mines Artimist."

She turned her head back somewhat. She stopped walking, thinking about whether or not she should give him her first name or her last name. She usually gave her last name when people asked when she was dressed up as a guy... but right now she wasn't, and, well, she wasn't exactly in the mood to use her last name. "Cordelia," she told the boy. "Cordelia Brooks."

Hopefully giving him her full name wouldn't turn out to be a mistake.

She turned away from him and started walking again, still at the same slow pace as before.

Sonlath followed close by her. He just kept brushing agianst her pant leg seeming to either want attention or try to lift her spirit in any possible way...no idea why he was doing it still

Cordelia smiled again, looking down at the wolf again. It seemed to her that he wanted attention... well, she supposed it couldn't hurt to give it to him. She looked at where her belongings were, not too far away, and decided she should stay here just a little bit longer. She didn't feel like returning to the academy just yet... seeing all those people when she really wanted to be alone probably wouldn't be good for her.

She petted his head like she had before, scratching behind his ear. She was kind of glad he had come along, since she was sure she wouldn't be smiling if he hadn't.

Sonlath leaned into it and playfully nibbled her hand not biting down but just playfully licking it or wrestling it gently with his teeth. He wondered if she was doing this and becoming happy...since that was his goal

"Ok. Goodbye Cordelia." He said slowly walking away with Ulia following. He petted her on the head and started to head towards the academy. I wonder who that wolf was. He said to himself.

"Ok. Goodbye Cordelia."

She turned her head around again. "Bye, Artimist," she said, even though she'd already said goodbye to him. She looked down at the wolf again when he started licking her hand and biting it, but realizing that he was only playing around, allowed him to. Cordelia was a little bit happier, but not really, since the thoughts kept eating away at the back of her mind. She shook her head, and petted the wolf underneath his chin.

Once she'd gotten back to where her things were, she sat down, hugging her legs to her chest with her left arm but still petting the wolf with her right hand.

She rested her head on her knees, though it was tilted somewhat so she could look at the wolf. She had no idea why he had taken such a liking to her so quickly and had trusted her so easily, and in all honestly, it was weird to her. Wouldn't he have noticed she wasn't like the rest of the people here? Not like it mattered, really... it wasn't like he could answer her if she asked him a question.

Besides, either way, she was glad he was there. "You know, I don't know where in the world you came from, but I'm glad you're here," she said to him. "I haven't smiled all day, and I wouldn't have at all if you hadn't come along. See... oh, nevermind, you wouldn't understand. But thanks." She had been about to explain to him, but had decided against it. She was sure he wouldn't understand her. Cordelia scratched behind his ear again, going silent.
