The time had come, he'd planned for the girls to meet, afterall they'd need to get to know each other. He'd fly in, Kueria close behind him. Lending, he'd sniff the air, picking up Kueria's scent on the wind.

"She should be here soon," he'd say, stretching a bit, at the moment he stood just at ten feet tall. "We'll pick our game when she's here."

He'd sniff the air, settling on the ground as he waited. It was getting cold now, he'd been helping the harpy clan adapt but he knew it was difficult at times. @Su. @Pallas

Kueria could never get tired of flying. Basking beneath the shrouded sun, she indulged in the crisp winter breeze ruffling her plume of feathers as she trailed close to her lover. If the temperature was near close to freezing, the winds a tad too piercing, and the air resistance dipping into overwhelming, the fae blissfully ignored it. Today was the day - the day she'd finally meet this lovely strong lady that Eein told her about.

There was no denying the pang of jealousy that festered deep in her gut when she'd first heard of this particular harpy but the more she knew, the more her envy turned into curiosity. Curiosity and a little bit of trepidation; Kueria was not the best at first impressions and she could only hope their meeting would go smoothly. Anticipation pounded within the cage of her chest, fueling the adrenaline flowing through her being. Kueria scanned the barren landscape below, hoping to catch a flicker of pink or brownish hues but to no avail. At Eein's decent, she followed suit, letting the winds support her drop with minimal effort as her wings drooped to her sides.

She should be here soon.

Perking up, the bird flashed the other a ghost of a smile, mostly because beaks don't exactly pull into a grin the way lips can. With one last stretch, she gracefully folded her wings before hopping over to Eein's side with a soft chirp. Kueria could feel her pulse race, senses fully alert, preparing her for a fight of flight senario. Unable to hide her jittery state, she then spoke, her tone excited but her voice slightly quivery nonetheless.

"Okie! I can't wait for Miss to arrive! Kueria hopes she's in a happy mood!"

Climbing up the tallest nearby tree, Prahka would scan her surroundings in search agreed upon meeting place. Even with the winter chill setting in it did little to deter the harpy, too curious to meet Eein fellow avian companion and too stubborn to let a thing such as a bit of snow bother her. From her vantage point, she caught Eein's familiar scent... as well as another faint aroma that was vaguely sweeter to her senses whom she assumed was Kueria. With a beat of her wings, she would lift up into the sky and glide her way to group below, landing with abrupt suddenness between the two.

"I have arrived." she merely announced, her sharp gazes turning to Kueria only for her eyes to widen into ogling orbs. Upon first glance Prahka's heart skips a beat at the brilliant pink plumage great eagle standing before her. Whatever suspicions Prahka held for her melted away as gawked at powerfully built creature she could only describe as beautifully terrifying yet terrifying beautiful.

"A-ah... you... you are... Kueria. Y-you... urmm... Eein... he has told me of you. But... umm... your are not quite as I expect... you are... umm..."

Prahka struggled to find her voice Kueria's presence. There were many things she wanted to say being around Kueria made her feel like an awkward fledgling all over again. Unable to speak, Prahka would circle around Kueria once just... looking upon her with wonder in her eyes as though the great bird where a piece of art. She couldn't describe where these strange feelings were coming from and had to force herself to look away from Kueria so she may speak with Eein.

"So... ummm... we hunt now yes?" blurted out the harpy, her eagerness to press on with the hunt a strange contrast to her otherwise calm and confident self.

He'd blink in surprise when Prahka landed between. "Hello Prahka," he'd say with a smile, or as close to a smile as he could currently do. "Yes, Prahka this Kueria, Kueria this is Prahka," he'd watch the harpy examine the birb, curious about her reaction.

"Yes, the hunt," he'd rise from where he laid. "We could go for the usual deer or bear, or we could go for something a bit more interesting," he'd say with a thoughtful hum. "There is a type of large deer here, about as big as Kueria, with three heads and sharp hooves, could be a good challenge for us three."

Eein would stretch his wings. "If we have time we could also hunt some things for the Skulltaker clan as well."

I have arrived.
Kueria's head snapped to the source of the sound a little too quick, still jittery from the anticipation. Prahka's voice was a like trumpet; strong, audible yet melodious all at once. Kueria blinked, mind scrambling to register the girl before her. To say she radiated prowess would be to call the entire ocean a mere puddle. The fae was thankful for her bird form having stunted expressions as she managed to keep the only visible form of her awe to her beak falling slightly ajar. Prahka's crest was alluringly vibrant; umber at the top, flamingo at the tip with a beautiful gradient bridging the gap between. This wasn't the first time Kueria'd seen an ombre plumage but for some reason, this particular harpy's one wasn't just a pretty picture. It looked robust, packing enough punch to kill, making it all the more hypnotic.

Kueria's wings fluttered along with the tune of her heartbeat as the other began to circle her. "I-IT'S VERY NICE TO MEET YOU MISS!" the girl chirped in a volume much too loud as she bashfully clawed at the ground. Kueria sparred a glance at Eein, gaze darting between the two, too flustered to form coherent sentences. Though she knew she was rather sizable, the harpy's gaze made her feel small, like a mouse staring into the narcotic irises of a kitten. Not quite petrifying, simply unsettling. Unsettling in a pulse-quickening, butterflies blooming, electricity trickling kind of way. Realizing she'd been quiet for a second too long, she then stuttered in the same aforementioned loud volume. "K-KUERIA T-THINKS THAT MISS LOOKS AMA-AMAZING, IT'S V-VERY NICE TO MEET YOU!"

Once the topic of the hunt had been brought up, Kueria found a familiar excitement fester in her gut. Yes, hunt, stop staring at the cool lady now, she chided. "Three heads and sharp hooves" was all it took for Kueria to nod her head exuberantly, claws curling against the ground, wings drawing back at the idea of a challenge. However, she forced a slightly calmer facade, reminding herself that this was a group hunt. The others may not like the idea of taking down this mysterious creature as much as she did. Keeping her voice as composed as she could, she then spoke in a much more comfortable volume.

"Kueria would love to hunt anything Eein and Prahka wants to hunt!"

Prahka was a bit taken aback by the volume of Kueria voice. It was powerful even if Kueria's manner of speech was... clumsy. Still there was something endearing to be said how excitable Kueria was meeting her. Lacking a response of her own, Prahka bob her to acknowledge the fae's... compliments before her attention is brought back to the subject of the hunt.

"A large three head deer beast? A worthy hunt mark for us three hunters to subdue." Prahka was always welcoming of a challenge to honor the hunt as well as skulls to add to her growing collection. Plus it would give her a good idea of Kueria's capabilities as a hunter while they were on this excursion

"Let us hunt the deer beast then. I presume you have some idea where we may find this creature Eein?" Prahka looked to Eein for confirmation.

He'd watch the interaction between the girls curiously, seemed like they were going to get along. "I do, see they don't travel in heards like normal deer," he'd sniff the air, "sets of four is as big as their groups get during summer." He'd explain. "During winter the males go solo."

The dragon would grin. "There's a male I've been keeping an eye on off and on, he's been circling the area," he'd sniff the air, "so we go after him."

Eein would start to walk, motioning them to follow. "Sniff the air, you'll pick up his scent, like a deer's but different." This was going to be fun. "With us three we can make a plan to take him down."

Kueria tilted her head, taking in a slow inhale. Sure enough, she caught a peculiar scent. Much like a deer, as Eein described but different somehow. Muskier? No, that wasn't it. More dangerous? Not quite. Regardless, that mattered little; the important thing was she recognized the scent of her prey. Kueria sparred a glance at Phraka and Eein, silently observing them for hunting tips.

Excitement festered in her gut as she raised her wings to the sky. Finally, the time to be savage had come. The bird closed her eyes after her brief observation, easing herself into her own hunting routine. She studied the shifting air particles, noting the smallest of motions in preparation to heighten her senses. Claw curling against the ground, the bird glanced up, black irises darting sharply.

"Kueria is ready." Pausing, she realized she'd completely forgotten about a plan in her excitement. Beak hanging bashfully ajar, the fae chirped. "But Kueria is very bad at planning, what can Kueria do?"

That is a good question: what can Kueria do? Prahka well understood Eein's capabilities and her own but... when it came to Kueria it was the big unknown. The many heads of their target would make it difficult to sneak up on the deer beast and Kueria was too brightly plumed and too large to perform an ambush anyway.

"Well... what can you do? Aside from looking-" Prahka almost said pretty, which she thought to be too harsh of an insult to say out loud. But it was VERY difficult for Prahka to think of Kueria being anything but pretty. Still... Kueria could make herself useful in other ways "- perhaps you can keep a lookout in the skies? Eein and I can flush it out into a clearing for you to then strike from above. Between a harpy and dragon, the deer beast would be too districted fleeing from us to realize the threat of you Kueria."

It was good suggestion that would also give Prahka some alone time Eein. Which would be rather convenient as she had a few things she wished to ask Eein without Kueria listening in.

"Eein... would you know of any clearings we could lure the deer beast to? Somewhere that would afford Kueria ample room to pounce from the sky?" inquired the harpy as she tilted her head to Eein.

He'd look at Prahka, tilting his head, humming in thought. "That is a good idea, there is a nearby clearing," he'd sniff the air. "Now, Kueria, when you strike, aim for the conjoined neck," he'd draw what looked like a three pronged fork in the dirt as an example. "Strik where the necks come together, if hit hard enough it'll put them down quickly.

Eein would motion them to follow him. "Once we start flushing him out I can slowly increase my size to full to make sure he keeps going in the right direction," he'd say, glancing at Prahka, she'd never seen him at full size.

The dragon would slow as the scent grew in strength. "Ok, Kueria, head up, me and Prahka will do our part," the hunt had begun, "keep going in this direction and we'll hit the clearing."
